Remarks
The admission process was online through Manipal entrance test cut-offs according to marks were not provided instead ranks were provided. So according to the ranks admission was made. Till 1500-1600 rank computer branches were available.
Course Curriculum Overview
This the most hectic course, like the trend I chose cse too, exams are way too difficult and they happen every week. You could not engage in other activities as there are exams happening always. The method of teaching is not up to the mark.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are good here. Many companies hire for internships. There are many student projects mrm, robomanipal here. People usually get internships here with a decent stipend. Not sure about what roles are hired.
Placement Experience
I don't know much about placements yet. But they are fine Highest package goes to 45 lakhs and the lowest is around 3-4. Microsoft recruits at 45. From the 7th semester onwards one can sit for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are rare here, return on investment is not up to the mark. Being a private college it's costly to study but it's almost the same as other colleges in India. There are some scholarships which are offered here btw like aicte.
Campus Life
Clubs are fine here. The infrastructure is quite bad. It's kinda weird. Classrooms for some it's good but for some branches, it's not. The library is fine with a nice variety of books. Sports and extracurricular on campus is a rare thing.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is fine rooms are neat and clean but mess meals are not good. From the second year onwards hostel is given on a merit basis. On a first-year first come first served basis. The menu keeps changing but the messy food is tasteless.
