Remarks

I applied for MHTCET Exam. Fill the preference list after MHTCET Results. TFWS seats are also available. And if you get the college seat, lock the seat by paying 1000 rupees (may vary in future). Then you will get full admission process detail on the DJSCE website. You just have to go to college with the listed documents. They will ask you to fill an online form on their computer and you have to pay via DD. From the second year you can pay via Online Mode Also.

Course Curriculum Overview

As I was quite interested in Electronics, hence I chose this department. The faculty-student ratio is good at DJSCE college. The faculty is very good and helpful. They cooperate in your projects. The teaching method is fully digitalized. They use smart boards to teach. The principal of the college is very helpful and students can directly reach out to them in case of any problem. Exams are scheduled before term began and are provided to students. Exams are moderate and students have to pay attention in lectures to pass them.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

From 7-semester students become eligible for campus placements. All the placement details are available on the DJSCE placement cell website. Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan are one of the big recruiters. Highest CTC was 28 Lakh per annum and the average CTC was 9.45 Lakh per annum the previous year. 395 students were interested in placements and 382 were recruited. My plans after my degree are to go for IIMs.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a TFWS seat during my Admission. So, my fees are only 30k per year as compared to the 2 lakh paid by other students. I haven't applied yet for any scholarships as the fees are already less. EBC is available for students whose parents earn less than 8 lakh salary per year.

Campus Life

Trinity fest happens annually. The library is too large and books are always available in abundance. Libraries and Classrooms are having centralized ACs. Computers are available in the library as well as In all the Labs. There are various social clubs and tech clubs. DJ Antaraiksh and DJ Arya are quite famous tech clubs. Social clubs are also available like DJ lit.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. A great place to learn and grow

1. First of all I got the Thadomal shahani college of engineering but I didn't took the admission in this college because I want to wait till the last round of CAP process. 2. Further I got the betterment i.e.AIML in DJ sanghvi college, which is good in placements as compared to Thadomal shahani college Of engineering, also the environment of study is too good in DJ sanghvi college. 3.There are two ways to take the admission in DJ sanghvi college, first through JEE MAINS and second through MHT CET. Students those who are stays in Maharashtra are mostly prefer MHT CET exam. The cutoff for Computer Engineering in this college is above 99+ percentile in MHT CET or 97-98 percentile in JEE MAINS. 4. DJ sanghvi college is an autonomous college.
