Talking about admission through COMEDK,the dates and form for examination is released on the official COMEDK website,where one needs to fill out the form and pay the exam fees of 1000. (when I gave). Once the exam is over, a rank is issued on your performance. After this counseling beings. There are mainly 3 rounds where you put all the colleges where you wish to take admission which comes under COMEDK. Once you select your college an amount of 50,000 needs to be paid to COMEDK. After this, you need to report to the college physically or via email or call and do the further application process to get admission and pay the remaining amount of 1,70,000. to confirm your seat at college. The cut-off for CS in the COMEDK counseling closes at 8k, and for IS it closes at around 14k. Currently, the admissions are through NUCAT exams.

The curriculum is almost up to date. The curriculum mostly covers all the major topics needed, but you need to put in effort from your end for specialization in a particular domain. The college doesn't give you deep learning of a particular topic. The teachers are approachable and provide all the knowledge they have regarding a topic. Several events are conducted every year which give better exposure to students. The environment is really friendly and interactions are real and natural. There are various clubs that students can join and learn a lot about leadership skills and crowd management, etc. The exams are conducted almost every month and it is possible to study everything the night before. The student ratio in college is about 1:3 I would say overall. In most of the Computer-related branches, it is mostly 1:1.

The fee structure varies for students of CET, COMEDK, and Management. For Cet students, the fee is approx 80k, whereas for Comedk students it's about 2.3L and for management students in computer branches it lies between 3L to 3.8L per annum. There are various scholarships offered to students belonging to SC and ST categories. There are scholarships offered to students belonging to minority sections like Muslims and Christians. The placement is good with an average package of 6.5L per annum. The highest package to date is 43L. The overall placement is very good. Internships are offered with a good stipend.

The annual fest held here is called Incredia. During the fest days, the environment is very lively and pleasant. The library here is very well equipped with books and reference papers which help students a lot to prepare. There are projectors present in every classroom with makes the lectures more interesting and interactive. The sports facilities are top notch and great exposure is provided for students with a sports background. There are several clubs that students can join for Coding, Singing, Dancing, Robotics, Shipbuilding, etc where students can participate and be a part of.
