Remarks

According to my college eligibility for this course are 10+2 pass out and admission basis behalf on jee main paper, for admission in this college jac(joint admission committee) Chandigarh schedule counseling so anyone who wants to take admission in this college then participates in jac counseling. and in this counseling, 4 other colleges are participating. Jac Chandigarh adds all types of reservation categories ( EWS, OBC, SC, ST, only girl child, and many others).

Course Curriculum Overview

In this college exam paper, the level is very good which means the papers are not lengthy but all are conceptually so to pass semester exams study should be important. Final exams are conducted May - June, and December - January. If you are good at conceptual concepts then you easily pass exams.

Placement Experience

7th-semester students are eligible for on-campus placement. And their many MNCs arrive for hire the students like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, sonalika, and many more. Approx total of 110+ companies arrived every year for hiring students. last year's highest package offer 22 LPA by Paytm and the average package was 6 LPA. CSE and 90%+ students placed, ECE 75% and mechanical 60%+ students placed last year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is deposited twice time in one year. Even the semester fee is 40000 and the odd semester fee is 60000 ( approximately). And fee increment system follows Panjab University guidelines (last time approximately 4% increment). There is a scholarship fee waiver scheme for those students with family incomes of less than 2.5 lac.

Campus Life

Campus Life in this college is average. There are many clubs DCUlT( Dance society), SHOR( Dramatic society), Technical platform, TPC ( Training platform Cell), other and all clubs conducted by students, and some clubs conducted by Teachers and students. The library is very good in this college there are approx all books available those students need. Some classrooms are normal and some have all facilities. Sports conduct twice time in a year.

Placement Experience:

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. More than 1000 companies visit LPU during placement drives providing average package of 6-7LPA in CSE field. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

Placement Experience:

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.

A GLANCE TO MY COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding and math were the subject that influenced me to take this course we are introduced to python and c / c ++ which are the major languages used in the society for AI/ML. Teachers should be more friendly and try to undertsand the students's prospective also and not rush the syllabus we have our exams every regular month (STs and evaluations and end terms)

I don't like any curriculum in our college one day they kept mid and sem exams on same day to be frank my 1st completed in just 8 months I joined in Jan in August end it was completed my first year actually it should be completed in 1 year .

From 6th semester a student is eligible for the placements, companies like TAFE, CLASS, Mahindra and Mahindra and many others come for campus placements. The average package is of 5-6 lacs and the highest package, according to me was gone for john deere company at the price of 15 lacs per annum. The students have 80-90% chances of getting placements. I personally want to pursue my higher studies and work on my future preneurs.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in this college in this college previous year average package was 9 lakhs 50 thousand and highest package was 60 lakhs but in this college number of students are very high so competition also increases.

Peaceful and green campus of PUSSGRC

Firstly I have applied for Himachal Pradesh Technical Univeristy, Hamirpur, before joining Panjab University Swami Sarvanand Giri regional Centre, Hoshiarpur. I got CSE there, but left because the placement scenario is not as I expected, as it is a new college and still progressing, while UIET, PUSSGRC has a good placement scenario of 70-80% placements and has a good reputation. Admission to this college is on the basis of JEE Main exam and by appling JAC Chandigarh Counselling.
