Remarks

The candidates were required to give entrance exams like CAT. The cutoff for FABM stays around the 90 to 95 percentile. The exam takes place around November. Post the exam the candidate also has to give PI and then the shortlist is released.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is very nice and friendly. The ratio is around 10 students per professor and also they are available 24/7 for either sports or academics. The environment here is very chill and friendly competition.

Internships Opportunities

The internships here are mandatory and are a part of academics. The stipend varies from somehere around 50,000 to 1.5 lakhs. There are many firms that arrive at the campus for summers. The roles differ widely from company to company.

Placement Experience

The placements are very high and the best thing is that the placement report is audited by an approved authority and that is only the case with IIMA. The average package varies around 18-20 lakhs per annum for FABM. However, it is relatively higher for PGP students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for the 2-year course is around 25 lakhs excluding mess charges. There are many scholarships available and also scholarships provided by the state government. Most students prefer to take loans to complete their graduation.

Campus Life

The annual fests like Chaos and T-Night make life here at IIMA very engaging and enjoyable. Also, the clubs of IIMA keep on organizing events on a weekly or monthly basis which is very important to give you some relaxation.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are the maximum that you can expect. There are personal accommodations for everyone with attached washrooms and ACs. Also, there are people allotted for the cleaning purpose so the staying facility is pretty decent enough.

A good career setter college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The out carricular activities are also present in the college and the students are participating in the activities as well. Teachers need to work on the mode of teaching like the classes timing are not fixed and some teachers need to work on the subject properly. The time duration is very low with exams and some exams are continuously going on in the college.

Placement Experience:

Narayana Business School provides guaranteed 100% placements to all its enrolled students. After 1st year the students of both mna and PGDM go through the internships opportunities to gain hands on experience of real corporate world. And the students get eligible for placements after their 4 th trisemester in case of PGDM and around their 3rd semester in case of MBA. The highest package of NBS goes between 15-18 lacs and the average goes from 6-8 lacs, based on the companies and positions.

Placement Experience:

After completing the summer internship the placement season starts at the campus which is roughly around 3rd sem. Many reputable companies visit the campus like TCS, Adani, Vodafone, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Torrent, Federal Bank and many more... This year Federal Bank has offered the highest package to student of around 12 lac and hired 2 students. The average package CTC would be around 5 lac and many job roles are being offered according to the company's profile but there are limited companies that come in the field of HR. The placement rate is around 90% and if you don't get selected then you can apply from outside on your own to the companies.

Admissions to IIM Ahmedabad PGP MBA a 2-year program are through CAT (Common entrance exam). Eligibility: The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or equivalent. Entrance exam: The application form shall be available on the official IIM website 2 months before the exam. The application fee may vary from year to year. However, it was Rs. 1200 for general category applicants and Rs. 900 for SC/ST/PWD category applicants. Application date starts usually start in August and end by mid-September. Improvement in the admission process: 1. Multiple admission rounds: To provide a chance to attempt CAT multiple (at least twice)a year, this would help the applicant to give the exam at a suitable time. 2.
