The admission process is through the TS-EAMCET examination. You need to qualify for TS-EAMCET and achieve a rank of below 10000 to achieve admission at CVR College of Engineering. Then you need to apply to counselling to get a seat.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose ECE because of my rank. Faculty to student ratio is around 1:20. Most of the faculty are Post Graduates or Doctorates and highly knowledgeable and skilful personnel. Exams will be conducted as 2 internals and 1 external per semester. internals will be conducted every two months in a semester. The difficulty is medium to hard.

Class Size: 240Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Students are eligible for placements from the 5th semester. Amazon - 3, Commvault - 3, Oracle - 13, Darwin Box - 1, Accolite - 14. Highest package - 44,00,000 Average Package - 7,00,000 Percentage of Students getting placed: 97% I'm planning to do a job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee is 1,15,000 rupees per annum. The college is affordable being a private college. The bus fee is also reasonable, around 30,000 per annum. Scholarship aid will be available from the Government for Merit-based and Need based.

Campus Life

Ciencia is an annual fest conducted every year in the month of July. DJ Night is conducted every year in the month of April. There is a separate 2-storey building for Library with around 70,000 books and computers. Inter-college tournaments in Cricket, Basketball, and Football are conducted every year. There are a lot of social groups in the college. few of them are, the Literacy club, Developer Students Club, Arts Club, and Acting club.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

See yes during my EAPCET councelling I don't know about this cvr college of engineering, its infrastructure, greenary , courses , placements .
