Yes, we took an entrance exam to join this college. You have to attempt jee mains exam first and you have to qualify for jee mains, after that you have to attempt to jee advanced exam and grade some good marks to join IIT madras

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was good from starting and faculty members are doing great. Electrical engineering is the best choice in IIT madras because lots of companies come here for top courses students like electrical engineering and CS

Maximum high-level companies will give opportunities here. we have the opportunity to take a core job or non-core job according to our speaking skills and our CGPA. In the final year, you have to do a project

Fees and Financial Aid

For ST and SC students, the fees are low negligible for the tuition fee but we have to pay a hostel fee like 30k. We also get 90k for scholarships and 100% of campus placements are given according to there CGPA

Campus Life

Our campus life is very good, we can enjoy ourselves a lot here. There are many clubs like sports, dance, singing, NCA, NSS, NSO, and some others. Here we conduct the sharing program in January which is the highest student run-fest in India

Hostel Facilities

Some hostels are good and some hostels are average, you can mail them if you are a student by your email ID. Hostel food is average but we can also eat in the food court with our ID card amount and we have 3 restaurants on our campus

My Life inside VIT'V

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee.
