I think our college has the best technical infrastructure in the country.
Our tech fest is bigger than most not just in India but in Asia.
Our robotics department has developed AI enabled robots.

Dislikes

Hostels are not that good as we still have common washrooms.

Course Curriculum Overview

Medical Science and Technology is a field which is dominated by women and I wanted to be a part of domination. This was like not main but perhaps one of the reasons of choosing this course and college over others.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 115400 per year

Placement Experience

Apollo Hospital to Greens and many medical and hospital which are engaged in hospitals or building technology that supports it. Our course is still not that old and in the batches that have passed out so far, I think the average stands at some 10 lakhs or so.

Fees and Financial Aid

In first year i paid around 1.1 lakhs and this year I paid 1.15 lakhs. Hostel fees is quite cheap here as it just 16000 per semester and mess fees is 22000 per semester. So all in all around 2-2.5 lakhs is what one has to pay to study BS in Medical Science and Technology.

Campus Life

Ofcourse we have both technical and annual fest at our campus. Very interesting name is given to our technical fest as it is called Shaastra and our cultural fest is Saarang. Both are astonishing and besides that we have an infrastructure that is no match. Forget about how big it is but we have almost all the facilities inside that we don't have to go outside of the college for any basic needs.

Hostel Facilities

Our hostels are good and there are four girls hostel in all. I live in Swarnamukhi hostel which is a two seater non AC hostel. The fees is just 16k a semester and 24k for the mess. Washrooms and mess are common but rooms are sufficient in size.

Hostel Fee: INR 16000 per year

Admission

Admission process is JEE mains and thankfully there are just 40 seats in our course. 25 of those are for general category and rest 15 of reserved and other categories. So, only the best 25 can come here and this makes our college quite competitive.

Faculty

At IIT Madras faculties are those who have done their PHD as below that none stands eligible. Apart from the syllabus what new do they bring to the table is checked and then probably they are hired. So, our of all I thinks Miss Neha Chandak is my favourite faculty by a distance margin.

Night Life

As I have mentioned all basic needs are fulfilled at the campus and the only time we go out is to watch movies and Maaya Jaal multiplex is at some distance from the college. Rest we have 5-6 cafeterias inside and gym and sporting facilities at our campus are endless.

IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

Placement Experience:

After the sixth test students become eligible for the campus placements, there are many companies. Many high-level companies who visit the campus like the Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and TCS Infosys and many more the number of marriage, I can tell you the ratio, one students get approximately 8-9 offers. The highest package was approximately 1.0 2CR.

Placement Experience:

BS in data science students have completed their 1st batch and got highest placement of 23 lacs and average of 8 lacs . So placement of electronic system will also revolve around this figure. After 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Most of the Bengaluru based tech company visited for this degree holders. I have a plan to go for higher studies abroad after completing this degree.

Placement Experience:

Everyone got placement somewhere or in campus in different paths . For a good placement like 70 la.khs to 1 crore you need to study from 1st year . Study means do your homework time to time and follow the faculty. Highest package 7 crore Average package 25 lakhs Minimum package 10 lakhs Companies like - meta, Amazon , Google ,tata all big , medium , and small companies arrived because it's iit madras ( nirf -1 ) Students become eligible for placement in 4th year. My plan is for startup.

Placements in IITs are commmendable. Our average package is 22 lacs overall. Coming to my branch. Highest package offered was 55 lacs and lowest was 6 lacs . Average package offered was around 15 lacs per annum. Many companies including Google, Microsoft, Goldman sachs etc. visit here for campus placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement statistics are low for now as the course is new but the highest package as far as I know was 25 lpa and avg package is around 8-9 lpa. It's not really about the package but the opportunities IIT Madras opens for you. My plan is to get a master's degree in the same field and continue from there.

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee. The selection procedure have two parts if you have a JEE advanced roll number you're automatically qualified for the course but if you don't have you've to give a qualifier exam in which you've to score 40%+ in each subject and combined 50%+ to be qualified. IIT MADRAS- Heaven for engineers

For this college one need to give jee advanced exam which is the second hardest exam of the world . The application form is available online and it is very easy to fill up. But to qualify for this exam one need to get into around the top 90 percentile of the jee mains exam for a general candidate. The registration fees for a general candidate is around 3000-3500.The exam is only conducted once in a year . Management of the exam could be improved....Read More
