I liked the course content, the user experience on website
I liked the engagement of the faculty, even being in online mode, teachers are doing their best to provide best of the best
I liked the low fees and the freedom to opt any other online or offline course along with the current course

Dislikes

It would we great if they provided us with option to visit campus during festivals and exams

Course carriculum is up to date, perfect according to placement critetria, Data Science is new branch and its use is increasing day by day, one can sharpen thier skills in their mai9n course whhich can be very helpful during placements, as IIT tag is good

Placements are good, as the degree is completely online, but it is nowhere mentioned in the certificate, IIT helps one to get good package in Data Science fields, maybe the college does not provide placemnts, but students have gotten in big companies through off-campus placements

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees of BS Degree (online) from IITM is 1 lac for GENERAL and OBC candidates but being under GEN-EWS, I availed special scholarship, which provides me 75% conssesion in fee that means I have to pay only 25000 per year

Campus Life

Annual fests and extracurricular activities are not included in the course, as the course is fully online and campus entry is not neccessary for students, which could be great if they have allowed for sports events and festivals

Admission

Admission process is easy there are two categories, one who qualified JEE Mains are directly enrolled in the course for the first term, candidates who haven't appeared or qualified JEE Mains will have to go through qualifier process, which includes course of one month and then a quiz from the same

Faculty

We have 4 teacher for 4 subjects, Statistics, Computational Thinking, Mathematics and English. All the teachers are highly qualified and very helpful in explaining things and making them easier to understand

IIT Madras is magnificent!!

Placement Experience:

Apollo Hospital to Greens and many medical and hospital which are engaged in hospitals or building technology that supports it. Our course is still not that old and in the batches that have passed out so far, I think the average stands at some 10 lakhs or so.

IITM BS DEGREE - a game changer in distant education

Placement Experience:

After the sixth test students become eligible for the campus placements, there are many companies. Many high-level companies who visit the campus like the Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and TCS Infosys and many more the number of marriage, I can tell you the ratio, one students get approximately 8-9 offers. The highest package was approximately 1.0 2CR.

Placement Experience:

BS in data science students have completed their 1st batch and got highest placement of 23 lacs and average of 8 lacs . So placement of electronic system will also revolve around this figure. After 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Most of the Bengaluru based tech company visited for this degree holders. I have a plan to go for higher studies abroad after completing this degree.

Everyone got placement somewhere or in campus in different paths . For a good placement like 70 la.khs to 1 crore you need to study from 1st year . Study means do your homework time to time and follow the faculty. Highest package 7 crore Average package 25 lakhs Minimum package 10 lakhs Companies like - meta, Amazon , Google ,tata all big , medium , and small companies arrived because it's iit madras ( nirf -1 ) Students become eligible for placement in 4th year. My plan is for startup.

Placements in IITs are commmendable. Our average package is 22 lacs overall. Coming to my branch. Highest package offered was 55 lacs and lowest was 6 lacs . Average package offered was around 15 lacs per annum. Many companies including Google, Microsoft, Goldman sachs etc. visit here for campus placements.

It's online yes, it's called the first copy IITians

Placement Experience:

Placement statistics are low for now as the course is new but the highest package as far as I know was 25 lpa and avg package is around 8-9 lpa. It's not really about the package but the opportunities IIT Madras opens for you. My plan is to get a master's degree in the same field and continue from there.

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. The admission process for this degree is like if you will register in a term, you have to pay. Thousand rupee registration fee. After that you will get a syllabus of one month or we can say four weeks you have to do that, and after that, you will be having exam, you have to pass the exam with more than 50%....Read More
