I had one of the best experiences.

First of all, Jamia does not have its own entrance test but it considers JEE-Mains ranking and percentile. At, my time, there was no percentile but marks. You need to get at least 90+ percentile to get a good branch. And should have 70%+ in 12th and 10th from any board. Mostly the application comes out in January and the process takes a lot of time, the application form is simple and easy to be filled. The fees are deficient as it's a central university. Yes, you can get reservation benefits as per the laws. I would say, the administration is a bit slow. It can be improved.

I chose this course as it has accredited by NBA and has good placement. Plus the professors are really knowledgeable. The student ratio is a bit problematic here as there were only 10 girls in comparison with 60 boys. I would review a 10 on 10 all the professors' teaching method and their knowledge about their subject is remarkable. I can assure you that it will help you gain a lot of great pieces of stuff to learn.

Students from semester 6 are eligible for campus placements, and this year(2022) the placement was 100% with 6LPA are average, and the highest CTC was 25 LPA from Amazon, apart from this IBM, Schneider Electric, Samsung, Optum,Byjus, and 2 PSUs came to the campus.

Fees are the best part of this university as you are paying nothing if I compare other universities and colleges. Jamia provides scholarships to its top 4 students from every branch respectively. Plus for Muslim candidates, there is a minority scholarship program and for every student, there is a JTA program where you will be interviewed and provided with a scholarship after being selected. So, you really don't need to worry about financial problems.

Jamia has a lot of cultural and tech-based societies which conduct fests and conferences internationally. Jamia has one of the biggest libraries with a million books. It remains open 24/7. The engineering dept. has its own exclusive library where you can find all the engg related books but this remains open only five days a week. Jamia supports its athletes, it provides a dedicated quota for them. The best part of sports here is that Jamia has its own stadium and a dedicated gym for its athlete and an indoor gaming area.
