Remarks

You have to give a JEE MAIN exam for all Indian engineering colleges and If you want to take admitted to Maharashtra then you have to give an MHT CET exam. MHT CET is easier than JEE MAIN exam. And its fee is 1800 rs. And in admission process takes a whole 1 month.

Course Curriculum Overview

I take admitted to the civil Branch and my class ratio is 56 students. The teaching staff in our college is good and they are tech well. They have more than 7-year of teaching experience. And exams are held in college once every 2 months.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

For internship you are eligible in mid of 2nd year and you can apply for an internship. You don't get much stipend but at least you would have got the pace of your work. you can apply for an internship for a maximum of 3-6 months internship.

Placement Experience

In 3rd year students are eligible for placements and companies like Infosys, HCL, TATA, etc are visited by are college. The highest package of last year is 5.5 lakh and the average package of last year is 2.5 lakh. Many students are got placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are around 1.5 lakh and if you are eligible for the scholarship then reduce it's to around 60 thousand per year. If you are a Maharashtra student then you are eligible for the scholarship. Which is provided by the Maharashtra government.

Campus Life

Annual Fest and Tech fest are held once or twice a month in our college. There is also a library in the college which is very well-maintained. As soon as there is a sports program, twice a month is an extracurricular activity.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills.
