Remarks

The admission process took place through Karnataka CET RANKING. There were 2 types of fees one is the college fee and the other is the KCET fee. As I applied for a reservation I got the seat under SC reservation. I got mechanical engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was nice, I choose mechanical engineering because my family members suggested it and also due to the high KCET ranking. The faculty was good and we have plenty of faculty due to a lot of mechanical engineering admission. All my faculties are completed their Ph.D. some of them are pursuing and they might have completed it now. Exams were difficult based on the paper. The external paper was quite difficult compared to the internal paper.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Some companies offer internships mostly they will hire CSE students. It is difficult to get internships in many other branches of sit. Students get internships from outside. We need to do one internship compulsory as it is part of the curriculum. The project is also part of curriculum.

Placement Experience

Placement is good for CSE students. Placement will start usually after the completion of the 6th semester. TCS Infosys Wipro and many others. The highest package is 20l per annum. 70% of students placed. My plan is to do Mtech.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is 52k for KCET students and it is different for other students subject to the condition. Only reservation candidates and some of the candidates who scored top in PUC can get scholarships. Campus jobs are good for CSE students compared to any other branch students.

Campus Life

Life on campus is good. They are many groups for other cultural activities. The annual fest's name is the halcyon meaning the name of a bird in Europe. The branch fest's name is momentum. The annual fest is conducted in February every year. There is a library. Plenty of books, 2 amenities centers, Big playground.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.
