Remarks

For taking admission to B.Tech you have to get a min. 60% in 12th standard. And appear the JEE Main / MHT Cet exam gets non-zero scores. The application form fee is 1800 rs. You can get direct admission according to your caste and score.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the Computer science branch and If you are looking for a challenge, this may not be the place, but you can learn a lot if you choose to. The college faculty is nice and they are good at teaching. In my branch average ratio of students is 40-50 students. Exams are taken by the college every 2 months starting. Like class tests and end-semester exams.

Class Size: 59Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Nowadays you can apply for internships on the online platform and get a direct internship according to your choice. I didn't spend that much time on internships but I attend max. 2 internships. And I get so much experience and I mention it in my resume also.

Placement Experience

In the placement cell of our college, many companies are recruited like Unitech, Infosys, Genpact, and prefect biotech. And college faculty member organization training and placement seminars also. Min. The package is 1.5 lakh and max. The package is 3.5 lakh. 30-40% of students got placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are affordable. Average fees are 80000 per year. but during college visiting time college give you all information. We can like "Affordable living". In college Multiple scholarship programs are available. Like government and private but you have to fill out only one scholarship form.

Campus Life

Events/seminars are held in our college every 2 months. The library in our college is well maintained. The classrooms look good. I did not participate in the class discussions as much as I would have liked because of the language problem.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
