Remarks
The university should not differentiate between UT students (students living or passed their 11-12 class in Chandigarh) and outside UT. As I have seen the student with 62% who was living in Chandigarh was given first preference in the college admission as a comparison to the student who is from outside UT and scored 90+%.
Course Curriculum Overview
The term exams were easy for the ones who attended regular classes and had practical knowledge about the same as our college give preference to the practical knowledge instead of bookish language. The teachers are Ph.D. holders and provide a friendly environment for studies. There are 2 times semester exams in a year one in May-June and the second in November or December.
Internships Opportunities
Our college prefers Internshala for the internship. It is well not necessarily to do an internship unless some necessary subjects like I have kept functional English subject for which Internship is necessary for last semester exams.
Placement Experience
In the final year, companies come to hire the students. Honestly, they see the hidden talent and quality over scores Our college presents good companies like Google etc. My plan after graduation is to pursue MBA in IIM.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know about this. I have zero ideas about the scholarship. But otherwise the fees of the course per year 28000 Approximately and if you want to take admission in the hostel then you have to pay Rs 121000 for AC room or Rs 100000 for non-ac including mess food. There are 2 installments to pay the same.
Campus Life
There are mainly two groups run by the students i.e. SDCU+SDHU and SOI according to me personally I am not on any side of the party or praising anyone. But Sdcu Sdhu is the best as the students are helping 24 hours and clarifying everyone's doubts even during the time of exams. There is a big library for students.
