Remarks

The application process is not much hectic you just need to have your documents handy. After that, I was required to appear for the entrance exam for which the Hall ticket was issued a few days before the exam and it was easier to manage things accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview

The knowledge of the professors at Delhi University is at par. They all are experts in their respective fields. Apart from taking their lectures, they have always extended their helping hand during exam time.

Fees and Financial Aid

The few structures are flexible and it doesn't cost in excess also. Every college at Delhi University has its fee structure. You need to deposit some amount at the time of admission as a security deposit which is refundable. Caste-based reservation provided.

Campus Life

Life is good. You get to learn and involve yourself in various activities. It also depends on the schedule of your course. Extracurricular activities always keep going on at campus and anybody can be a part of them.

Holistic Learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

A unexpected good experience

Placement Experience:

the placement cell is so active also they conduct multi seminars and session for the student. such as profile buliding and resume writing , presentig you self to the interviewer . the teacher also assess the student for the right career

Poor infrastructure, average faculty and not-so-happening campus life

Placement Experience:

Students in B.ed course become eligible to take jobs in the last semester i.e 4th semester. The college does not provide any placement in our course instead students themself have to mail and contact different schools to secure a teching job. Average package a student can expect depends on many factors like their subjects, qualifications and skills. On an average one can expect around 6lpa in private sector. For securing jobs in government schools Students have to clear exams like DSSSB etc where average package ranges from 10 -12 lpa. Many of my seniors are doing jobs in private schools as techers while some teach online and have their you tube channels. I am planning to do masters in English literature from DU to increase my knowledge and job opportunities.

Placement happens every year in my college, 98%, sometimes 80%, but the salary is not that good and we have to work more, due to which we are not able to meet our expenses properly, still some children are left out of helplessness

Overview of my College.

I applied for Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and central university of Rajasthan(CURAJ) other than delhi university. I got confirmed admissions in all these three universities but I chose to continue with delhi university and Hansraj College. I didn't got any rejectiona from any toher collegea and universities that I applied for. So it's a good thing. The admission process to get in here is as follows:- 1) Clear the cutoff for you course and university by giving the CUET-UG exams for undergraduate courses. 2) Go into the counselling process and select your desired courses and college or university. 3) Depending on your socre that you obtained in CUET UG exam you will be allotted the college and course. If you wish to change you can opt for the counselling in the other rounds as well. As there are multiple rounds of counselling are conducted. My overall admission process was vey smooth without any major issues. Just trust yourself and you will land in best colleges of the country....Read More
