Remarks
I appeared for Wbjee, according to the rank I secured I applied to many colleges but ultimately joined GNIT because of its great placement record and convenience to travel from my house. The admission criteria are 45% in 10, 10+2 respectively.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested to go for Computer Science but since all the seats were filled I decided to Join IT Since there is no much difference between these two. In private colleges, you can't expect a good faculty-to-student ratio. So let it be. But the professors are helpful. The teaching method is quite ok. But everyone is well qualified. The semesters were taken in timely and the professors provide us with suggestions which is the best part. The semester is quite easy to pass if you study for a few months seriously.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year companies started coming to campus for placement. Nearly 90% of students got placed this year. Companies visited mainly are Capgemini, Wipro, Persistent, Accenture, Cognizant, Ericsson, and several startup companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The approx fees for four years is nearly 4.08 lakh. There are various scholarships available for meritorious students. And Fees concessions are also available for financially and weaker students.
Campus Life
The cultural fest is Zyzzva held from February - March time. The campus is very beautiful and large. The library is equipped with all relevant books. Labs are well equipped with modern instruments.
