The admission process was online. There is an official site for Amal Jyothi college of engineering. The minimum percentage of marks needed was 75. They especially take the students who have higher marks in mathematics. It's a course that can be chosen by a student coming from any stream. There wasn't any counseling day.

I choose this course because of the job opportunity. Due to this pandemic situation, there is a wide opportunity for members in the IT field. The faculty members are at the level of Ph.D. Everyone gives equal importance to the students. Qualifications of the faculties are above mentioned. The teaching method is digital. All the students have laptops the teachers are taking a class using the ppt. We have exams conducted in 2 types series 1&2. There is no difficulty in getting the pass mark. The modules are very simple.

Yes, our college provides internships for the students. The students can go for internships during the semester break. IT companies are taken for internships. Because the course is Integrated MCA which is related to IT field. The projects come under Java, C++, and python. It makes the students more comfortable with programming language.

From the 7th semester onwards the students are eligible for campus placement. The students must have cleared all the backlogs if they have any. The companies visited were Federal bank and the IBM and many offers are made. The highest package offered is about 2,00,000 and the average package was about 45,000. About 85-90% of students get placed every year. I plan to go abroad and look for a job related to my course such as cyber security cyber technology, programming, etc.

The overall cost of study of integrated MCA or BCA+MCA is about 3,00,000. We have a total of 10 semesters. Each semester has the amount of 25000-30,000. There are many scholarships for the students like post metrics, MCM, etc. The main job vacancy comes from IBM, Federal bank, Texas, etc.

The campus life is irreplaceable. Every semester we have a fest or programs. Now Amal Jyothi college of engineering has introduced a new program called open stage which is conducted every Tuesday and Thursday every week, which makes the students more comfortable on campus. The library is one of the most exciting places on campus. All types of books related to studying are available. Sports and extracurricular activities are conducted every year. There are 2 grounds for the students to practice and play games and also an Indoor stadium.
