Minimum 60% overall required up to graduation. For the post-graduation MCA course, you must be graduated and do not hold any gap more than 2 years in between. To apply for the course you can refer to the jcbose university YMCA website. All basic information related to when the admission will start will be available there.

Course Curriculum Overview

The staff is highly experienced And Ph.D. qualified govt. Lectures are available with extremely good knowledge and holding the latest technical skills knowledge. It's a 2-year course now however earlier it was 3 years course. You just need to work harder and lectures are always available to help and guide you. At the time of project too one mentor is assigned as per you choice so, that you can learn new technical skills and build smarter project.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed to teach the basic and fundamental subjects of computer science to students. In each subject, the difficulty level is below moderate. There are some subjects which meet the industry standards and prepare students for jobs in market. But many subjects are out-dated and their syllabus is not upto standard mark of industry requirements. There is an urgent need to update the syllabus and make it more industry demands-oriented. The teaching methods used are good but some updates can make them more better. Less focus is given on practical knowledge and labs. In each semester, you will have sessional exams two times for all 5 subjects. In each year, there are two semesters and in each semester you will havee final exams in the month of December and May.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very basic not very helpful in real world in my opinion i chose this college just because it was near my place not because of its curriculum its not that bad just as same as other tier 3 colleges. They do have extra value added courses each sem which are helpful which are mandatory to pass so everyone has to do it seriously the college is overall very strict so that does help for certain students to study as their is no as such criteria for admission here so the students here dont really care about studying but because of the strictness they do learn somewhat. Timing of exams and frequency is okayish as they keep us engaged with all the assignments and tests but yeah i do get time for self study so its balanced.

I gave an exam JEE MAINS and on basis of ranks I got YMCA and my desired field that is Computer Engineering with specialization in data science. The eligibility of our college is having to jee rank along with 75% in boards. Then we have to register in HSTES counseling which is for Haryana's' govt colleges and then maintain the priority list of branches and colleges in sequence. Reservation helps a lot in the first two counseling rounds but the third and fourth counseling rounds are open counseling rounds for the left seats.
