Remarks

The admission process was simple. Go to their website and sign in and then fill up the form for the CAT exam that happens on the month of June. Rank card published on July -August. Counseling was in online mode. If u fall under any reservation categories like obc, sc Then ur fees will be very less.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has more projects.IT and CS and almost the same in the syllabus and both get equal opportunities in placement. In every branch, 40-60 students are there. Now about teachers, Most of the teachers/professors are well qualified.Exams are not that tough but I hated their internal exam routine. Within 3 days they complete internal exams of 6 subjects.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite good. For those who are from Kerala their fee structure is about 20k then semester and those who are from another state them, fees are about 50k per semester. Those are obc,SC, st. for their fees are very less. The scholarship is also provided only for sc, st and Those parents' income is less than 4lakhs something.

Campus Life

Our fest name is Sargram and this held on month of April Library is also there but not that good, very poor infrastructure. Classrooms are big with well equipped. There are many clubs. You can join any club.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

College at the heart of kuttanad

The university is very much reputed when compared to other universities. It was my great wish from childhood onwards to study under Cochin University. The conducts an examination named CUSAT CAT (COMMON ADMISSION TEST) every year. Students can attend the computer-based test and ranklist will be published in the university website afterwards. Students with top ranks will be allotted. The overall admission procedure through 3 allotments and followed by spot allotment for which the student should be present at the university in the exact date and time informed by the officials.
