Remarks

The admission process is always a tricky one as you need all the documents valid and updated along with you but yes universities should provide better guidance to students regarding the same. Mainly Antiragging, Gap year certificate (if you are dropper) and medical certificate are prerequisites which are mostly forgotten by student

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Except for all pros and cons this medical college has excellent faculty from one of the top colleges Like we have Respected AK Jain sir ( physiology HOD, from MAMC), Respected SK Gupta sir (Biochemistry HOD, from MAMC), and Respected TS Roy sir (Anatomy HOD, from AIIMS)

Internships Opportunities

4.5

As such till now I don't know about internship opportunities and all but as far, as I know interns works at the same hospital or in some primary health care centres ( rural centre at Alipur and Urban centre at Vivekanand puri)

Fees and Financial Aid

Fess structure is nominal as a government medical college should have. Recently there is a hike in university fees up to 18k and the overall fees go up to 96k I guess. Yes, there is merit-based scholarship also available which if gets approved gives greater benefit to the students like returning 50% or 100% tuition fees(60k)

Campus Life

3.5

Honestly speaking this is the place where our college lacks and tries to cope... Just due to this fest-like activity not taken up here more our college is in 5th position that's also due to lack of funds from MCD but now as MCD is being centralized so hoping for the betterment of our college.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facilities are up to the mark just... It's not awesome Or great but yeah you can survive there also a new hostel had been constructed some time ago and we all are waiting for its Inauguration so we can have better campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the curriculum is well organised and implemented as well. After completing one unit of each subject the exams are conducted as class test. We have postings in our 2nd year.We go to wards and observe patients. One thing that should be improved is teaching method. It should not be only slide reading rather it should be interactive one.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS COURSE is a professional course and popular course all over the world. In this you have better opportunities after the course you can increase your qualification by MD, MS after MBBS. MBBS is less chance to job less you can do the job in any hospital as a doctor (physician) or any specialist after MD. And also you can start your clinic. Facility students ration is less but it's enough 10-12 members of faculties in one subject but In UCM students also 170 in one batch So the ratio is good Faculties are more qualified and well experienced. Their knowledge is excellent. Their teaching method is really in a good way. They mostly teach through ppt on projectors and mic. Practicals are performed in good way Teachers help every student to perform practicals. 170 students divided into small groups with a teacher provide to every group so you can perform practical in a good way. Term exam held in every 3,4 months and difficulty is not more but also it is not so easy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. Bcoz in mbbs in addition to money there is also a lot of respect, plus it is easy to explain what are u doing ? 2. There are a total of 100 students in our batch and there are at least 2-3 assistant professors, 1 head of department, and at least 4-5 postgraduate and senior residents 3. Assistant professor and Head of the department has already completed there pg's and has experience of 5-10 year of teaching, Senior resident had also completed their pg but the difference between sr's, AP, and HoD is that sr's have lack of experience 4. There is an exam after completion of a particular unit and this is easy then comes the term exam which occurs after 2-3 months it comes under the category of moderate then there is pre-proof before the proof this is quite hard even for some say it's harder than proof, then finally comes off the last exam of that particular year after proof another year start bcoz results of proof usually take 2,3,4 weeks at least
