Remarks

This course requires you to have a percentile in jee main above 97 to get selected. For this, you have to jee mains examination for which all the details can be fount on jeemain.nta.nic.in the website from the application process to admit cards to previous year paper everything. For the preparation for this exam solve ample of previous year's papers and do NCERT properly especially for chemistry. Then after qualifying jee mains you to apply for josaa counselling where you to fill your choices and then after you get admission to your desired course. There are reservation benefits for obc, sc and st people they can get to this course if they have percentile over 90 also they will be having concession on fees during admission process details of which can be found on the respective college website.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

I choose this course because the faculty of this course is amazing here also this course is in demand these days. So there 1:90 faculty vs student ratio, which I think is pretty decent. The faculty here are all phd scholars and experts in their field. So there is a total of 4 exams in a year which means 2 exams per semester. The level of papers is moderate to difficult and can be prepared easily by consistent and regular studies.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

So in our course basically software engineering, data scientist and AI and ML are the posts which get the most internships. If you are really good at DSA then you can easily land a 35k-40k stipend per month internship easily. Also, seniors here are really helpful so you always take advice from them for internship and placement purposes. They can help you get referrals.

Placement Experience

4

So basically you are eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. The highest package this year is 1.08 crore per annum with 8 students above one crore. The average package is 20LPA. With 90% of students placed. Companies that frequently visit are Samsung, Amazon, Oracle, IBM, etc. I plan to get placed after degree completion.

Fees and Financial Aid

So total fees for the overall course is 9,00,000 for 4 years which is pretty decent also you can get financial assistance if you have a reservation and if your family income is less than 5,00,000 per year you just have to attach an income certificate during the admission process. Also, you can apply on NSP portal for scholarships.

Campus Life

3.5

So there are two fests each year, one is the hill fair ( north India's largest cultural fest) and the other is nimbus (technical fest). Hillfair and nimbus both are conducted in the winter months every year. Libraries are well equipped with digital and non-digital books with amazing infrastructure. Inter-college sports competitions are conducted every year and sports facilities are decent over here. Here you will get ample societies and clubs run by the students and for the betterment of the students from cultural to technical all types of clubs are present for the overall development of students. Also, there are 2 websites created for students

Hostel Facilities

3.5

So the rooms of girls hostel are well furnished and ventilated also the hostel staff is quite helpful as well. But one downside is that you have to face water scarcity issues. Mess menu if quite great for girls hostel. Hostel fees are bit on a higher side due to the facilities provided.

Other Applied Colleges

MNIT Jaipur | Electrical engineering

Because I was not interested in this course but could get this course only at my jee main rank.

Students become eligible from 7th semester for campus placement but you can apply off-campus if you want. A lot of times off-campus placements are of better amount than on campus placements. Almost out of 400 students present in a year, 100 get very good on campus placements.(Almost above 10 lakhs) 100 get between 5-10 lakhs And rest ho for higher degrees although they get a placement of 4-5 lakhs
