Remarks

It was a pretty good experience with the admission process. Though I had given the entrance exams to be in the criteria of the admission for engineering. I've given the common entrance exam (CET) and obtained a good score. After that I've applied for the engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

In this college, all faculties are very interactive and kind-hearted people. The proper understanding between the faculties and the students takes the college to the next level related to the other colleges. The faculty are highly qualified most of them are Ph.Ds.

Internships Opportunities

Internships provided by the college are so many and they're very much helpful for the placement. In the internship, they provide the most and more detailed information about the companies and the company's work for the training purposes. So that the students can get the proper knowledge of the company's protocols and works.

Placement Experience

With so many facilities, the college also provides many internship and placement information to the students. Also, so many companies come to the college for placement purposes and students get more packages than expected.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the college is almost the same as of the other colleges and also the best part of our college is that they provide enough time for the payment to the students. Besides the time for fee payment, they also provide the scholarship benefit for the students, and with that many students take benefit from the scholarships.

Campus Life

Well when it's to a college campus, the college has a large and clean campus for students. The college also has a playground for cricket, football, and basketball. Also, the college promotes students to take part in the co-curricular activities provided by the college for relaxation of the mind.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is pretty good and well maintained for students. They provide a bed, study table, and so many facilities so that the students will feel the touch of home. The meal at the hostel is also very good and delicious. It's like the students get the meal of their home.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system. I was eligilbe through the women category. The cut-off vary every year. I didnt get rejected elsewhere, but some top colleges chad higher cutoff. raisoni was a safe and good option.
