Remarks

I am entered here by giving an entrance exam named MHTCET. At my time cutoff of G.H.Raisoni Pune was quite high Eligibility for admission here through CAP round was you have to score 45 aggregate in boards and your cutoff your CET examination Fees structure(category-wise) Open-143000 OBC/EBC-83000 VJ/NT-36000 SC-6000 For that, you have to apply for the scholarship scheme

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this college from the suggestions given by my family members and some seniors and it was better than expected. Here faculty ratio is 15:1. All the faculties here are well educated and very good at teaching here are some Ph.D. holders also. they teach very well and always solve every problem of ours.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 143000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies visit here are cognizant, Amazon, Wipro, IBM, TCS, and many otherss .you will get organized and well planed year during college. At here you will get all the internship in your third or fourth year

Placement Experience

After getting a degree from here I will prefer a good placement offers from a good company. The highest placement is 32 lack and the average placement here is 4.5 lack. 100 percent placement is given by the college

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees policies are good here you get the benefits of a scholarship if you entered through the CAP round. You get the Chatrapati Rajarshi Shahu scholarship and Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh scholarship scheme .but you should come from the CAP round

Campus Life

Many fests get organized here by college committees like the Induction Program at starting of the year, Freshers Party, and many annual events get organized by the college. You will get all the basic necessary facilities. there is also a library full of books for the students and the faculty, they can also get it issued from there.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system. I was eligilbe through the women category. The cut-off vary every year. I didnt get rejected elsewhere, but some top colleges chad higher cutoff. raisoni was a safe and good option. The admission process is simple. You can aplly here if you have given the state exam i.e MHTCET or JEE. After giving these exams, apply to the cap rounds.
