Remarks

I got admission to this college through mht-cet cap round through the reservation category. I selected this college because I heard that it is one of the best private autonomous colleges in Maharashtra state so I selected this one. We have scholarships for all categories like OBC, SBC, EBC, SC, and ST. Fees for the OBC category are 83000, for SBC 36000, for EBC 83000 and for ST 36000 and for SC 6550. Cut off for computer is 89 percentile, for IT is 88 percentile, for ENTC is 84 percentile.

I choose the computer branch because I heard from my friend they provide the best facilities for computers as well as all other branches. Now I present in college as there facilities and faculty as quite good and I'm satisfied with them.

Placement Experience

Almost 40% of students have got placed until Now before Graduation. And Hope that More will be placed. The lowest package offered was 1.8 LPA and the highest is 12.5 LPA for the AY 2019-20. Students did internships from their outside sources. Training And placement Cell of the college is very Hard.

Fees and Financial Aid

College is in an open space and near to the highway, so no problem for up-down and other students that's are coming from outsides. Markets are near. For the cast students, there is a scholarship available and for open students, there is EBC available.

Campus Life

Here the free wi-fi is available and for the sports, there is a big ground area also. And canteen is available, one garden/loan is also here, the study is available, a big library is also here, many computer lambs and for other branches, their lab is separate and big here all the instruments are also available, separate hostel for boys and girls, horse riding, swimming pool and gym is also present here.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system.
