Remarks

Admission was done based on our entrance exam scores. It was done through the CAP round. After receiving our allotment letter when we reached college everything was systematically arranged. A proper counter for submitting documents, a separate classroom for filling the forms, counter to submit fees. Everything was arranged in a disciplinary manner. The staff is very supportive and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is excellent. Teachers give us daily life examples to explain the topic. Live demonstrations are performed by teachers to get the concept clear. Lectures by many Skilled people are conducted. Not only the regular course is followed, but also extracurricular activities are conducted. The course keeps on updating with the introduction of new technology in the market. End-semester exams are quite hard, but teachers prepare us so well that we all can clear them with flying colors.

Class Size: 86Course Fees: INR 139160 per year

Placement Experience

Every year approx 90-95% of students get placed in various companies. Students become eligible to get placed in the 7th sem. Companies that visit our college are Cognizant, Persistent, Wipro, Byjus, TCS, and Infosys DXC Tech.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships are provided by colleges. we can say that every student gets a scholarship in this college. If you pay full fees at a time you get a few % discounts. There are many more schemes like this.

Campus Life

Almost every festival is celebrated in full swing. FEST has organized one's a year. Many different and creative themes have been planned for all these days. We have got a big campus. A volleyball court, swimming pool, etc and much more sports things. A special gym is there for students We have a big library, plenty of reading, related to the regular course and others.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system. I was eligilbe through the women category. The cut-off vary every year. I didnt get rejected elsewhere, but some top colleges chad higher cutoff. raisoni was a safe and good option.
