Remarks

To take admitted to any engineering college, you have to pass 12th in the science stream. Then you have to give the exam jee in which physics chemistry and maths are there. If you have done your poly then you can take admission in the direct second year.

I choose this branch at the suggestion of my senior, he told me this branch has a lot of opportunities in the upcoming time. The faculty was good and they are well qualified. And the ratio of beaches each is about 50 students. And lastly, the exam was easy if you study.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't done an internship yet, but I have heard that an internship is easily available. All you have to do is keep your skills developed. and companies select students on basis of their marks & percentage of the students get.

Placement Experience

There are many companies too for payment program in our college. like KEC International BYJU's, and more. Companies like TCS and BYJU'S visited Our college. About 70 percent of the students get placed in these companies. The highest package is 80000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are also given in our college from the Maharashtra government. Mahadbt portal. For post-matric scholarships for reserved category students etc. And fees are also low in our college. Jobs are also available.

Campus Life

The library is also in our college. Many books are subject-related and magazines too. More than 5000 books in our college library. They are very good which is good for 1st-year students. Extra curricular activities are also conducted in our college.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
