Its was great experience

The admission process at ipu is very good. I had opted for BCom and bajmc entrance exams during admission and the highest cutoff was approx 3500. One can fill out the application form on the ipu site which includes some fees, after that, you will be given a date on which you have to give the entrance exam. After the exams Indraprasata university will declare the results where you will get a rank and then there will be 3 rounds where you have to fill the choice that which college you want to opt . one can fill 3 - 4 choices as per their choice .but you have to keep your first priority on top. If a student doesn't get selected in the first round then he /she has two more rounds left. If not get a college of their choice in the 3rd round also he/she has one spot round at last where they can get the college they want if seats are available. Remember you have to pay university fees with choice filling otherwise you will be rejected from the rounds. In ipu, priority is given to Delhi students first then outsiders.

I have chosen this course because I wanted to become radio jockey .I got admission in MERI college of IPU.The faculty of ths college are good experienced ,and have good sound knowledege. B.A(JMC) is a vast course where you can to different fields as per you choice like news reporter, radio jockey , photography , advertisement , voiceover artist, producer ,print media etc.In our first year we studied print media and gave our first year exams ,subjects were easy and students can obtained passing marks easily ,first there will be internals of 15 marks then externals 75 marks and both will be add up at last and after that we had done internship in print media . I had done internship in country and politics in the field of content writing . Bascically country and politics is a bilingual newspaper which publish soft /hard news ,articles ,poems etc.In the second you will be studying electronic media.and 3rd year subjects includes event management ,digital media marketing etc.

MERI College offers internship opportunities in different fields. In our first students got an internship in Amar Bharti, India news, country and politics, tenhard, etc. we use to write articles for our organization on weekly basis and our articles get published in their newspaper.

Basically from 3rd year (semester 6th) students are eligible for placements. Before that students have to do internship. Around 200000 of package was given to our senior.After my graduation I want to Build my career in advertising field .

Currently, I am in my 2nd year .and the fees for this year were 104000 it is basically semi govt university. In our first year, I had done an unpaid internship. but our some seniors got the package of approx 200000 for the job.

Our campus has a well-developed infrastructure and also offers quality education to its students. recently In this year February our college conducted a fest for our students in which celebrity prabh gill performed at Dilli haat and all students enjoyed the evening with great pleasure.
