This college is good if you are a average scorer belive in living and enjoying the college life at fulliest and to live among some nice people who are so called proper "PUNEKAR" type then this is the right place for you.

I got the admission after the maharashtra CET exam i scored well enough to get the admission in engineering in Information technology considering other colleges in Pune University like MIT, PICT, VIT, COEP the score required for you to get into NBN Sinhagad is relatively low.

Colleges have the tie up with many companies in hinjewadi area because that location is considerably nearer to the college campus.

Placements are generally combined for all sinhagad institutes all sinhagad colleges from different campus comes to same stage at the time of placements so as compared to other colleges sinhagad has some of the best placement tracks because of the reach of the institute what you require is mostly the matter of percentage.

In terms of festivals there are lot of activities which are held by the college you can see that there are many activites going around the colleges and department level. If you are type of the guy who is more into extra curriculars then this is the right place for you. In the month of January there are festivals like NEON and Techtonic. NEON is mostly about Arts and Techtonic is mostly about many technical events. These both festivals contains over 500 events and competitons in correlation with other sinhagad colleges also.

Hostels are good the peers are much of the people who love to enjoy the college life it costs approx 22k for hostels mess food is not good but nor bad also but there are plenty of hotels in the huge campus so if you have plenty of options to go to that's the reason you don't have to worry about the food.

Female to male ratio is like 1:4 but in the mechanical or civil department this can also go down to 1:10 most of the crowd comes from areas like kothrud inner city and few from other cities near to pune so you get very much friendly enviroment rather than revelation of getting to know different types of people labs are good also college makes no compromise in terms of providing students the right equipments there are CCTV's inside the labs so you don't have chance to do anything wrong.

There are atmost 6 7 passed out batches the college is relatively new so there is not much of a alumni network but most of the passed out students help at the time of placement and internship.

Faculty is mostly from divered background all the teachers have minimum qualification of M.E. But atmost one teacher would be lacking in communication skills.
