What Students Say

Likes

I like the library of the college but it need some improvement like adding more new books into it
Collage campus is too large and availability of playground is more good thing in it
Placement at college happens on large scale well reputed companies come to college for campus selection and highest package for selected student is 18 lakh per annually

Dislikes

The thing I didn’t like is time scheduling of lectures and not having activities
Placement is not available for every student.students who have good grades can go for placement interviews
There is low parking are at campus area and thats why always traffic on road

Course Curriculum Overview

Information technology sector is well growing in India and having good packages for it and curriculum preparation to real world very helpful like tackling problems and solving issues .exam timing is 3 hours prr per paper and some times exams get difficult

From second last semester of the college student can eligible for campus placement . Companies that visited to college are TCS, wipro,Mahindra etc. Highest package was 18lakh per annual offered by phone pay Percentage of students is pointer above 9

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees for college is 1.2 lakh for open category students and other than open depends on scholarships the range between 30 to 50 thousand. You can pay fees in instalments. Scholarship desk is aslo available at office various types of scholarships available like dbt

Campus Life

There are lot of festivals organised by college like dance road shows and days celebrations Library of college is too large and the building of of library is 5 stories and availability of books more than any other Classroom facilities are like digital projector and wife and computes Playground games are available like cricket,football and volleyball

Admission

The college I applied and the college i get both are the same colleges I wanted that college because it was well name college in our are admissions process for the college is online application form filling process

Faculty

Faculties are very supportive and teachers and students relationship like families. Information technology faculty is best in college and mechanical faculty is not good there staff are rude sometimes. 8 exams are there per semester 1 exam

Interview Experience

There is no group discussion or no test for admission process Process for admission is only online through the website so you can directly apply from the website and if you have sufficient percentages you will get admission and pay the fees of course

Night Life

Gym is not available at campus,cafeteria and coffee shops are available and they open till 10 am .library open for 24 hours There is no hostel timing Famous hangout places are collage pavilions and ground also food mall

SCOE has a strong record of attracting mass recruiters, especially for the IT and Computer Science branches. An aggregate score of 60% or higher (or 6.0+ CGPA). So many companies are coming for placements in college campus such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, Nvidia and etc. international companies offers, such as ?27 LPA+ from companies like Japan Third Party. In college web site they can say 90% or even 100% students get placed but honestly 70 to 80% students get placed with average package 6LPA. And some students have high package because of his/her afferts. Just I enrolled in first year as engineering students my first goal is get 9+ CGPA.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

I applied for a large number of colleges before NBNSCOE few of them are : • COEP, Pune • DY Patil, Akurdi • SCOE, Vadgaon And in the first round i got JSPM, Wagholi... which i didn't choose cause i knew i could gett better and i got it.... I couldn't make it to other colleges because the cutoffs of those college for the stream i want was way higher than that i scored in MHT-CET exam... Admission in my college takes place through JEE/MHT-CET... mostly student prefer MHT-CET cause it is a bit easy as compared to JEE... I got admission in this college through MHTCET CAP rounds counselling. Sinhgad Institute is already a well-known and well-reputed institution in Pune. You'll have to attempt the MHTCET exam and get a good score, preferably over 90 percentile to get a good branch or your preferred branch in this college. There are also All India seats allotted through JEE score. My reason for this college was its a TIER 2 college with s very normal and payable fees so why not and as i had friends and seniors who were a part of the college advised me the pro and cons of the college Also Sinhgad is one of the diversed college helps you to explore immensely The admissions process is just collecting the requirements paying the fees and getting registration, i had a very smooth process as i completed admission within 1 hour and had a overview of labs classes and campus I qualified for course based on my JEE score the cut off for CS/IT is 90+ percentile...Read More
