I like my college placements as they provide many opportunities
They give alot of opportunities for placement as the placement for all the sinhgad campus is common

Dislikes

Nothing

Placement Experience:

Companies start to visit the campus in 3rd year onwards , big and high playing companies come in 3rd year last sem and 4th year 1st semester, the average package is around 4 lakhs and almost 2000 students gets placed every year out of 3500

Things you should know before taking admission to NBNSSOE.

Likes

Vibrant campus life with various clubs and organizations that cater to different interests. A diverse student body that fosters meaningful friendships and networking opportunites.
Infrastructure and facilities,well maintained hostel accommodations.

Dislikes

while the campus is active there could have been more inclusive events catering to a broader range of interests
staff is not that good and corporative . there are no genuine and helpful teachers.

Placement Experience:

The training and placement officer of college is so helpful, he tries his best to placed students in as many it firms and companies, tsc ,accenture , cap gemini ,cognizant, bny mellon and many more. highest package the student get is around 10 lpa and lowest package is around 3.5 lpa.

Campus area which is so beautiful and green
Only NBN Sinhgad college has lift in the campus and also students are allowed to use the lift.

Dislikes

No canteen for our college but there is a Central canteen
No separate ground for our college, but there is big cricket ground for everyone

Placement Experience:

Sinhgad Institutes has central placement cell and as of now recession is going on still out college has done over 70% placement with average package of 5-6 lpa and highest of 14 lpa and one boy from entc has cracked Amazon internship.

The college recently got naac rank A . The campus life of NBN is one of the best campus life ever in pune
The faculties aree quietly good , they have a proper knowledge about teaching

Placement Experience:

From the 2nd semester of third and 6th semester of engineering we become eligible for campus placements . Capgemini 4.5 lpa, cognizant 7.5lpa, Rockwell 6lpa,etc... The highest package is 43 lpaabd average package is 4.5lpa Only 50 percent of students are getting placed I am thinking to get a good package

I like the college campus very much as it is very big campus for the students.
I like the college library as it is 24/7 open library which is of 6 floors so all the students get place.

Dislikes

I didn't like the buildings of the college as much from the outside as it is some but old.
I didn't like the college canteen as much.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem it self students are becoming eligible for the placements compines come and visit we can get there internship then we can get chance to get the PPO(PRE PLACEMENT OFFER). There are many companies which visit college every year there are more than 250 cimpanies visits the college . more than 90% of the students are getting placed. I will be taking the opportunity of the placement then after that i will decide for further studies.

College hod is very friendly and helpful. Every staff members are gentle.College support sports activities also.
Campus is very good and inspiring. Karandak was biggest fest in this college

Dislikes

There is no basketball court properly. Lot of assignments. 6 month semester complete in 3 4 months
Collage principal was not good. No funding for sports and curriculum activities

From 3 rd yr u are eligible for campus placement ms . Amazon, Zomato, Paytm, tata, Mahindra many more companies are come for placements . If I got not campus placements then I will try off campus or freelance

A complete review for NBN Sinhgad School Of Engineering, Pune

Likes

First reason why NBN is a good college is it's placement. This College has a better placement ratio than any other colleges in the campus. The training and placement cell is very active.
College is located in the main vadgaon campus of the Sinhgad Institutes. This gives you access to all the events happening in the campus.

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college could be better. There is only one building including all the departments.
Compared to other colleges like SKN and SCOE there is less participation in extra curricular activities.

Placement Experience:

The training and placement cell of this college is very active. Many companies visit for campus placement. For our batch, around 80 companies visited. Highest package was 16LPA and average package is 4LPA. For 2024 batch 30-40% of the eligible students are placed which is higher than other colleges. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Nvidia, Hexaware, PTC, BNY Mellon, HSBC and many more offered jobs to the students.

Our college celebrates so many technical and non technical event.
Encourages students to participate in various state level and national level competitions.

Dislikes

Some faculty is not experienced and don't have that much technical knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually, I have an interest of work in the IT sector, and for this, I thought Computer Science and engineering will be the best choice. Our class size is 80 and 6 to 7 faculty members teach us. Mostly they are Mtech qualified and Some did a PhD.

All the faculty members are quite friendly and helpful. Apart from your curriculum, they are very helpful in different aspects also. Some of the faculty are really intelligent and good at teaching while few of them are not that good at teaching.
