IIIT Ranchi Experience

To take admission into IIIT Ranchi, I cleared the GATE exam and passed B.Tech with 56% marks in the relevant subject. Following my CCCMT counselling, I was assigned to IIIT Ranchi. IIIT Ranchi is a well-known educational institution. The college's placement is also excellent. College students are placed in market-leading industries. IIIT Ranchi's educational standards are of international calibre. The college is also not overcrowded because the courses are limited, resulting in good quality education.

The college's curriculum adheres to all international guidelines and standards. The curriculum is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of coding while also developing our leadership and managerial skills so that we can meet and succeed under the most intense corporate world pressures. The college's facilities are highly experienced and masters in their respective subjects. The college's faculty members hold PhDs and have extensive research and industrial experience from India's top universities. The faculty's teaching methods are simple, and there is a lot of teachers and student interaction during the lecture, which helps us understand our syllabus more thoroughly.

After completing the third year of our programme, the college offers internships. We must not only register our information with the college committee, but we must also follow the advice of the placement committee when choosing a company for an internship. The typical internship stipend was 50,000.

The college placement record is excellent. Almost every student who applies for placement is accepted by the college. The college's placement record for our batch was 95%. The placement committee is excellent, and they understand that because the college is new, they will have to work extra effort to engage great businesses. Companies that visited the campus during the placement drive included Microsoft, Oracle, Infosys, Wipro, Google, Snapdeal, Flipkart, and others. Our batch's highest package was 16 LPA, and the average package was around 9.50 LPA. I was also fortunate enough to receive a package of 12 LPA.

Central Sector Scholarship of Top Class Education for SC, National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST, National Scholarship for Persons with Disabilities (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment GoI), Merit-cum-Means Scholarship For Minority Communities, Central Sector scholarship, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Scholarship for SC/ST, Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) Scholarship for SC/ST, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) Scholarship, Post Metric scholarship for Minority are some of the scholarship schemes that our college provide.

College life is enjoyable. College classrooms are intelligent classes. The classrooms are large and spacious. The college organises sports events on a regular basis. The library is well-stocked with academic and non-academic books, as well as a books-on-demand service. The administrative staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The college environment is conducive to learning.

The hostel rooms are similar to 3 and 4 bhk rooms and are shared by 4 to 5 person. Beds, study tables, and cupboards are provided in the rooms. The hostel is well-kept, and the rooms are cleaned on alternate days. The food menu is extensive and diverse. We have access to a well-balanced diet that includes fruits, milk, and seasonal vegetables. The mess's food is good and tasty. The hostel is outfitted with a variety of amenities for our convenience.
