Remarks

For taking admission to engineering college firstly students have to pass the 12th standard and after that students must have to clear jee main or MHT CET exam. And after that students have to apply for a cap round and this process take usually 3-4 weeks.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am pursuing a degree in this college of ECE I choose this course because I think there is a bright future in this branch so I think I have to take admitted to the ECE Branch. The faculty of the college are highly educated teachers and the teachers are also helpful for giving study Knowledge.

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

My senior friend told me that they applied for an internship in their 2 years. Because firstly we have to learn skills for applying for internship and they said there is so many internships available and paid internship is also available.

Placement Experience

For placement, the eligible cerateria is you have to be in final year and you have to score very well in all semesters. And In my college Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering and Technology (TGPCET) has a separate training and placement cell which chooses the bright child and help him in placement.Ã‚Â So they help you to teach and give some knowledge about placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship is available and that is maha dbt (government scholarship). Students have to fill out the form and they have to submit it to the college office. Fees are low in our college I think it worth it to get knowledge from this college.

Campus Life

My college library is best place to study because their so much books I think 5000+ . Because I am in first year so I haven't know very much about it but sometimes I go in library and read books so I see there so much material is available related to particular topic. And labs have all the equipment that is used for practicals.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
