Remarks

Admission is based on TNEA counseling. The maximum cutoff should be 180. For the management seat, you need to write an entrance exam. If you've got any queries concerning admission procedure you may contact assist desk.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers are highly qualified and possess excellent knowledge of their subjects. The teachers are very friendly. Teachers are well informed about current curriculum updates and are encouraged to work outside the curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Students who excel in their academics and are willing to attend internships even during their academic period are allowed to attend the drive. If selected they are provided with OD for regular academic classes so that there will be no issues regarding end-semester examination

Placement Experience

Students are allowed to attend placements from the sixth semester. They are provided with both aptitude and programming-related training. The companies that frequently visit the campus are Wipro, Amazon, TCS, Bosch, etc. The highest salary so far offered is 24 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

Academic scholarship: Academic Scholarships: Mahatma Gandhi Merit Scholarships are awarded to students for semester excellence of about 10000. Sports scholarship: Awarded to students with excellent athletic ability. Students who participate in national and international level competitions run by accredited sports organizations are generally eligible for these scholarships.

Campus Life

Kalam annual sports event where competition arises among departments. Yugam - a national-wide cultural event that occurs once every year. It comprises both technical and cultural activities. There will be workshops and competitions held during the day whereas during the nights we will have pro shows which are fun and entertaining.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are just awesome. It is worth the money. They provide us with special dinners once a month which include a variety of dishes. The menu is kind of pre-defined and it's the only disadvantage other than that every other thing is well and good. They also take extra effort for women's safety.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

A green campus with welcoming nature for all students.

I chose this college because the first reason is it was near to my home. The travel distance was less. And the placements offered by this college was awesome. this college contains more exposure compared to other colleges. more clubs with active participants.. highly supportive teachers with mental support. well equipped infrastructure. gives more preference to skills and practical knowledge over theory and have international tie ups with abroad colleges and companies.. offering a unique standards to the students.. YUGAM is the largest intra college fest in south india with participation of highly rated musicians and singers from south. actually i've first applied to this college and got the seat .
