Remarks

There's no entrance here as I came here with my parents and got admission the same day. The college has a dedicated cell for admissions and a guide was appointed who guided us throughout the process. The admissions happened in the nick of space as I entered the premises around 11 pm and pre-lunch my admission was confirmed.

Course Curriculum Overview

For BBA, the total number of faculty was around 20. The number of students was around 90 so the ratio is 1:5 or less rather. All the faculties communicate in English. Exams were disturbed because of Covid but even online the university made such a robust system that copying was almost impossible. During the covid, many webinars were also organized and that helped us keep up the pace with the studies.

Class Size: 89Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

We become eligible at the beginning of the 5t semester as companies start coming to the campus from thereon. Companies like D E Shaw, Daiechai, and Seavent came thus far. I am still in the final semester and companies like Amazon, and Wipro are the ones for which I have interviewed and the results will be out soon. The average salary offered is around 3-3.5 lakhs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fees hiked during the final year as the ujiversity gave a discount of flat 10% on the total fees. Every girl studying in Graphic Era are offered that discount as promoting the girl education has been the prime agenda of the university. For army students and students from a poor financial backgrond also get scholarships but to avail that they have to be at the top of the merit list.

Campus Life

Our classes are held in Chanakya Block which has a library , a couple of seminar halls, and a conference hall. Our block also has Hotel Management classes too, so there is a kitchen too in our block. There are four canteens and Shagun canteen is the biggest of them all that serves all the cuisines. There are many socities operational at the campus and one of those is Word Kranti which is a debate society.

As how much I know the students become eligible for campus placement after the 5 semester the company that offent visit are the Bajaj finance tech Mahindra Wipro Deloit and many more the average package a student can get is 450000 percent of the student who are getting placed is more the 80% percent

The placements are quite good with an average package of 5-6 lakhs around . Student is elegible for the internship from the 5th semester. Several companies visited our campus namely TCS,Mahindra ,HDFC bank etc. Percentage of students getting placements are 30-40%

Not as good as it seems to be

Remarks:

Positive : it's situated in dehradun. Negative : College will charge you for everything n anything, Faculty not interested n not supportive at all, infrastructure sucks and hostels are more like a mess specifically boys hostel, U can enter college only once around 9 and r not allowed to leave till 3, a lot more negative to talk about like the unsatisfying placements and quality of education etc.

Graphic era the reality of the hyped college of dehradun
