Course Curriculum Overview
The BBA curriculum is relevant and covers important areas of management, marketing and digital skills. It combines theoretical knowledge with practical assignements presentations and projects helping students prepare for real world applications. The curriculum can be further improved by adding more live projects, industry workshops and practical exposure. Exams are conducted regularly and the difficulty level is generally moderate.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides students with internship opportunities through its placement and career support network. Students can explore internships in areas such as Digital marketing, sales, HR, finance and business development. These internships help students gain practical industry experience , develop professional skills and understand real world work environments. The college also encourages students to take up internships during their course.
Placement Experience
The college provides campus placement opportunities with students becoming eligible in the final year. Various companies visit the campus for roles in marketing, sales, management and other business related profiles. The placement cell also supports students through placements drives and career guuidance. Along with campus placements internships and industry exposure help students improve their employability. After completing my BBA, I plan to persue a career in digital marketing and gain practical industry experience.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total course fee for my 3-year BBA programme is aprroximately Rs12,00,000. In the first year, I paid around Rs 4,00,000 and the fee for the second year is also approximately Rs 4,00,000. The remaining third-year fee is expected to be around Rs 4,00,000. The fee has remained aproximately the same and there has been no major increase. Other charges such as registration, examination and other compulsory fees may be applicable as per the university guidelines.
Campus Life
My campus life at DBS Global University has been enjoyable and active. The campus provides good infrastructure, comfortable classrooms, library facilities and opportunities for sports and extracurricular activities. There are various student clubs and committees that encourage students to participate in events, competitions and cultural activities. College fests and events also provide a good opportunity to socialize and build confidence. Overall, the campus environment is vibrant and provoides a good balance between academics and extracurricular activities.
Admission
I choose DBS Global University, Dehradun beacuse of its BBA programme, campus environment, extracurricular opportunities and focus on practical learning. Compared with other options i found the course structure and overall college environment suitable for my academic and career goals. The admission process was smooth and straightforward based mainly on my Class 12 eligibility and the university's admission requirements. Overall my admission experience was convenient and well organised.
Faculty
The faculty is supportive, approachable and knowledgeable. The course structure is well planned with a good mix of theory and practical learning. Exams include internal assessments, mid semester and end semester exams. The difficulty level is moderate and the marking scheme is fair. Overall the curriculum is relevant to management and industry requirements.
Night Life
The nightlife around DBS Global University is relaxed and student friendly. Students usually spend evenings with friends at the hostel, cafeterias and nearby cafes. The campus and hostel follow fixed timmings and safety rules. Overall, Dehradun offers several enjoyable places for students to hang out after classes.
