Doon Business School, Best School for Management in Uttarakhand

Very Expensive. Spending around ?11L for a Graduation course is not worthy if you are looking for MBA ahead.
Less focus on Entrepreneurship, Being the Business School, there should be more focus on Creating Entrepreneurs not Managers.

If I come to fewe department, The website mentioned it all but as per 2023 Session A total of ?5,21,000 will be the tuition fees including exammination fee for HNBGU BBA . They also provides Scholarship of about 50% based on merit and special need basis in association with Eskay trust. If you talk about Hostel, If choosen their Off Campus hostel , A three seater with 4 times meal will cost you around ?1,11,000 a year. Please ve informed that fees may change time to time.

The fee structure is very clear .all departments have different fees. The first-semester fee is 87,500 for BBA, and 92500 for BBA+MBA. DBS also offers scholarships to meritorious, category students and domicile category holders. College also provides loan facilities to its students.

I am a fresher so currently don't know about this but I asked seniors they told us that the average package in BBA in DBS is 3 LPA and the highest is close to 6 LPA it's better to do your own research about the placements and Internships.

Life at Doon Business School

The entire cost of doing BBA from DBS is Rs.5,00,000. This fee includes tuition charges, exam fees,s, and all the other overhead expenses. The scholarship is provided by the school based on your percentage in the 12th standard. Starting from 88% to 99%, some percent of the tuition fee is waived off.

My BBA was for 3 years for which I paid tuition fees per semester costing approximately 70,000 , the admission fees was around 20,000 and other fees approximately 25000. Books expenses around 5000 per semester, for total 3 years I paid approximately 5,00,000.

My Doon study experience

The total cost to study here would amount to 5 lakhs in total when included extra charges are included as well. My fees were to be paid semester wise. During the 1st year i also paid an extra amount of twenty thousand as an admission fee. This was non refundable. I also paid and amount of 7500 during my third semester. This was the security fee and it was refundable.However there are no on campus jobs available but we did have scholarships. the scholarships were given from 2nd semester onwards. It was based on merit and performance includinng good behaviour and good class attendence.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is at par with the top B-schools and has a very practical based approach. We solve case studies which enhances our real world problem solving skills. We also have a fest which is filled with management activities which help us hone the leader within us.
