Remarks

There must be 50% in 12th to be eligible for admission, applied through the official site of the university, not availed any reservation benefits, No need to improve in the admission process. Everything was good with the application process.

I choose that course to gain knowledge about oil & gas management, the faculty ratio was 10:50, and faculties were highly graduated from different universities in their respective domains. There were half-yearly exams, mid sem & end sem. It was moderate to pass the exams.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There were fees hikes in the hostel facility and the approx. cost to study was 1500000, I had an internship with IOCL, an Industrial visit in Mumbai, and at last, I got campus placement with a package of 240000.

Campus Life

There were annual fests like Urja, In the library, we got to read magazines, journals, newspapers, and course-related books. Classes were having projector screens, Playground was available on campus. I participated in clubs and seminars.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities were good, there were triple sharing rooms. The meal quality was good. There was a simple registration process for the hostel and fees were included in the fees structure. I was residing in the Campus hostel.

Interview Experience

The topic for GD was the Indian economy, During the interview, I was asked why I choose this college and why choose this course, there was no test or written exam. For the admission process, firstly fill up the application process and then follow up on the dates for GDPI and then wait for the results.

Placement Experience:

DBS is ranked 4th for the placements all over north India. More than 120 companies participated in the placement week. Around 90% of the students of my batch got placed in their dream companies. The top recruiters who participated in the week were Amazon, Paytm, Asian Paints, Dabur, upgrade, Dabur, Godrej. Highest CTC offered was Rs.6 LPA. Doon Business School, Dehradun is ranked 27 as per India Today's recent ranking this factor caught my attention while I was searching for good B.B.A colleges. I visited the official website of the college and click on the Admission tab. Then I filled the application form and created a log-in password. After logging-in, I filled all the required details and paid the application fee of 1,000 through credit card. I was also asked to submit my 12th marksheet scoring 75%. After getting a call from the college, I was selected on the basis of group discussion and personal interview.

Remarks:

Overall it's good the campus is awesome 1 thing i want to say for hostel. improve the outing system they only provide 2 hours outing and 3 hours. That's not enough as our college is far from the main city otherwise its good.

A big no for placements and a big yes for campus life

Entrance test for the programme is conduted based on the criteria that is above 60% admissions are provided. The professors of the university also conducts interviews before admissions in zoom. After all the process once the student clears the exam and interview admission is provided. I was enrolled in the university in the year 2018 as would say that I definetely wasted my 3 precious years and money offcourse.
