Overall it is a good college

Admission to this college is taken by two modes first one is the online counselling mode and the second one is the direct admission mode. To take admission through online counselling you have to take the jee mains exam or the upcet exam conducted by the up government. You have taken part in UPSEE counselling and fill your choices based on your rank and category you will be allocated to the college. My branch is CSAIML and I got this branch on the rank of 200568. You can also get admission through direct mode. If you want any cs branch then you must have a total percentage above 92% in your class 12th, and for cse core, you should have above 95% in class 12th, The overall admission process is smooth.

The curriculum of this college is as per the recommendation of AKTU Lucknow to which the college is affiliated. In the first year, the subjects are the same for every branch except(biotech). From the second year, the subjects will be according to your branch. The subjects of computer science-related branches are almost the same except for one or two. Faculty members have well qualified many of the faculty members are PhD holders and some have done their masters. As like in every college some faculties are very good and some are not that good, The teaching style is quite good and understandable. Most of the faculty members are supportive except for some. Faculty to student ratio is good. Exams are held from time to time there are three exams 1.) SESSIONAL 1(ST1), 2.) ST2, 3.)PUT based upon the marks in these exams your internal marks are decided. The university exam is not that difficult to pass if you start one week before the examination you can easily pass the exams.

The best thing about this college is its placement. The college has a very active training and placement cell. Students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Almost 90-95% of students get placed. Top mass recruiters like Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, ntt data, TCS and many more visit the campus for the placements. Also many product-based companies visit the campus offering good packages like toothsi (12 LPA), amazon(31.5 LPA) ,zoom(25 LPA) ,Practo(12 LPA), commvault(29.5 LPA) , play simple(20 LPA) ,dunzo(28 lap) ,dope(15 LPA) etc for placements. The highest package this year is 29.5 LPA offered by commvault and one student got 35 LPA off-campus. The average package is around 6 LPA. I will try to get a package of more than 15 LPA.

Talking about the college fees structure the tuition fees are 105472 and the overall academeic fees are 151500 for the first year and 141500 from the second year onwards. You can avail the benefit of scholarships provided by the up government the college is supportive in this process. Your attendance should have greater than 75% to get the scholarship otherwise your form will be rejected by DWO. No such scholarships are provided by the college you have depending on the up government scholarship. If you want to take an education loan the college will help you get the loan. Many companies visit the campus for placements almost 90-95% of students get placed.

The overall infrastructure of the college is good. there are four academic buildings of 4-8 floors. The central library is located on the third floor of the main building. The library is air-conditioned and almost all the books are available here but it is not that spacious. The classroom is big enough for the capacity 0f 60 people. they are well ventilated and well furnished. The area of concern for this college is the co-curricular activities and the fests. Fests are organized every alternate year which should be improved. In the name of co-curricular activities, you will see very few activities here. Although all the sports grounds and equipment are available in the campus (cricket, football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, etc) but there is a lack of awareness they focus more on academics. There are many clubs and societies in the college but major thing is that the first year students are not allowed to join them.

There are two boys' hostels available inside the campus one is for the first year and the second one is for all batches. There is no girl's hostel inside the campus but they have partnered with another hostel outside the campus for girls. There are only three-seater rooms available. the rooms are spacious for three people, rooms are provided with a table, chair, bed, and almirah. The hostel fees are 95000 and 5000 extra for laundry for normal rooms and for AC rooms it is 105000 and 5000 extra for laundry. The hostels are allotted at the time of admission. 24*7 electricity is available and drinking water is available. Like every mess in the world, the mess food is just eatable. you will get annoyed eating the same kind of food again and again.
