Remarks

Students must have 55% or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% or more marks in one compulsory language. Merit is calculated based on aggregate percentage in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have around 90 students and 20 professors in our department. The professors are extremely experienced and skilled . Teaching method is very interactive and always results in effective learning for the students.

Class Size: 84Course Fees: INR 19000 per year

Placement Experience

Companies look for students who are interested in internships during fests. More than 470 internship opportunities were offered this year and the highest stipend stood at 80K and the average stipend stood at 9K.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees as I've mentioned before are 19K. The cost to study is minimal. Hostel rents are cheaper than the pg rents. The names of the scholarships can be accessed via Miranda's official site very easily. Awards are also given out to students who work diligently and top.

Campus Life

Accenture Dell BYJU's were among the companies that visited Miranda House this year. The highest package offered was 19.25LPA and the average package was 7.47LPA. 3-4% of students got placed this year. As far as I'm concerned, I want to pursue a career in academics.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is no extra curriculum activities in my college which I disliked about my colleges and they don't even organise a normal events for students , teacher can be more supportive and teachers can be provide lots of information. They did not provide anything in any information about teachers, teachers. Teachers can be more better. The facilities can be more explain more more and more. They don't take things seriously they just they just provide their notes through online classes and ask them without clearing sections are not not up to the mark and things are not good in the college.

So I chose PCB after 10th and wanted to explore interesting courses. Food technology really made me interested since then and I was eager to be enrolled in this course after collecting all the information about it. The course has a vast scope. Lady Irwin has an amazing faculty too. The teachers here are quite cooperative and their teaching methods makes the subjects interesting to study. The teachers are well qualified from top institutions like BHU, CFTRI etc.

For taking admission in colleges of central university a centralised exam takes place called CUET UG . I scored decent marks which landed me this college . if i could have scored more i might have gotten others but this college has the most multidisciplinary combinations for ba students as compared to others so i knew beforehand that i was going to get this one only . Miranda House has one the best campus in DU. It is the topmost college of Delhi University.The infrastructure according to me in the entire north campus Miranda House has best infrastructure.
