The rationale for this is simple: it has a good placement record and a CSE programme. Because there are just a few colleges in India that offer a good CSE curriculum, IIT Guwahati is one among them. The candidate must pass the GATE exam and obtain a minimum of 60% in the relevant stream, followed by the Gd and PI rounds. If you have any work experience, your profile will be given greater weight.

The college boasts a 100% placement rate, thanks to the dedication of the college placement committee. Our batch's highest package was 95 LPA, while the average package was around 50 LPA. One of the best advantages is that the vast majority of pupils receive pre-placement offers. Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Chalo, Goldman Sachs, Qualcomm, Groww, and Razorpay were among the companies that engaged in the college placement push.

The fee structure for the course is a bit expensive. For the first year, it costed me around 2 Lakhs for the course. Though, I paid the whole fees in one go; the college still offers financial benefits to the students through scholarships and other modes.
