My view

Curriculum won't prepare us for real world applications .It just gives us basic foundations .Teaching methods of some professors is nice .There can be improvement by showing real models in class instead of leaving us to imagine everything in 3d. Frequency of exams is moderate .monthly 1 kind of exam.difficulty level based on subject and professor ..moderate level I can say

Internships are available from 5th semester onwards.All the same companies that come for placement also mostly give internship with average stipend 1lakh per month.Projects can be done under professors also

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements .So many number of companies visit here like big faang companies also like Google ,microsoft etc .No of offers vary every year.Highest package can go upto crores and average package is around 2500000.80% students get placed along with all other educational backgrounds .My plan is to start a startup

This year fees paid by me is 66400. Tution fees paid is 0 for sc category . It varies for other categories. Examination fee is 1000.Registration fee is 2000.gymkhana fee is 2000.Medical fee 2000.Hostel fund fee is 1200.Hostel rent is 2000.Electricity and water charges is 5000.Mess fees is 40000.Students brotherhood fund is 100.Academic facilities fees is 5000.Hostel maintaince charge is 6000.Students travel assistance fund is 100. For other categories tution fees only varies .it varies from 100000 to 200000.Scholarships are available for all categories like nsp,merit based etc.

Campus Life is awesome.There are different technical fests like techniche,udgam along with biggest cultural fest alcheringa in February . Wide variety of books and journals are available in library .In classrooms smart projectors are there.Its best here for sports and extracurricular acitivities .Students run multiple clubs it affects our social life .we develop communication and people skills a lot

For fresher 2 people per room .but for others we get single room ..room is spacious enough .cupboards ,windows ,a bed ,a table ,a light and fan will be there .meal quality is average .registration process won't be there every year.

I have applied for all other iits in india . I got this college based on my rank of jee advanced .I preferred this college because of good placement status and beautiful environment .Admission process is quite similar like all other colleges after getting seat here.Eligibility is jee advanced rank.but first you should clear jee mains.

Faculty to student ration can be told 1:10. Also for every 3 students there will be 1 faculty advisor .faculty student relationship is very nice .There are many faculties I like because of their kind nature .Exams are conducted in 4 phases. Quiz 1, midsem, Quiz 2 and endsem

There are my many favorite hangout spots .i hit gym mostly and canteen near library is everyone s favorite .there are lakes arround the campus .i stay in disang .for freshers timings are strict should get back by 10.00 pm but for other nthg there ..locality is safe to roam at night
