IIT Bombay Review

The admission form is to be filled out from the college website. After I cleared my JOSAA I have secured 86% in my 10+2 so I was properly eligible for the college as my JOSAA score was properly meeting the college cutoff criteria. During my JOSAA counselling, I filled my preference in the form with my interested course and by the end of the JOSAA counselling, I was able to secure the seat.

IIT Bombay is among the best and the most prestigious institute of India my priority was IIT Bombay since the beginning band I did not regret my decision at all as the curriculum of the college is very good and to the point, the coding culture is very good plus the faculty of the coding department is highly experienced and knowledgeable. I felt that the faculty of the college are highly qualified and they keep themself updated about the technological change and about the new changes in the coding.

I think IIT Bombay provides one of the best internships it is my personal experience. The college provided us with a very good opportunity to work as an intern with companies like Wipro, Infosys and even Google and Microsoft which was a very good learning opportunity for us from such prestigious corporate sectors.

Placements are one of the biggest USPs of the college we all were quite excited for the college placement drive because IIT Bombay is among the top institute that invites a high number of companies plus corporate leaders companies to visit our campus for the college placement drive. The college placement was properly conducted and properly organised. The highest placement offer of the college was around 80 LPA and the average salary offer was approx 17 LPA.

Completing the degree from the IIT is not everybody's cup of tea as the college not only provides high-quality education plus facilities are also very good but it all comes with a cost. The college fee is high but the college also offers scholarships on merit, category and as per the financial status through Institute Merit-cum-Means Scholarships, Named Scholarships, Free Messing Facilities for SC/ST, Free messing facility (basic menu), Fee Remission for economically backwards is the name the scholarship schemes through which the college offers assistance.

As per my personal experience, the campus life of the college is very fun but it is also very hectic as we have to attend lots of classes, assignments, project works and guest lectures. But still, we try to enjoy the college life of IIT Bombay the college campus is very diverse and I am a sports lover so I enjoy the college sports facilities a lot the college offers Basketball courts, Cricket Ground, Football Ground, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Volleyball. The college library is huge there is over 230000+ books collections in the college library plus more than 115000+ international research journals from various topics. all and all the life of the IIT Bombay is fun and hectics as well.

The hostel facility of the college is also superb. The rooms are available on shared and single occupancy. The hostel offers facilities like a swimming pool, library, RO water drinking facility and plus the hostel campus is 24 hours WiFi-enabled, laundry facility is also available. The hostel has a medical facility also. The hostel has good security with a CCTV camera system.
