Reality of PES Modern college of engineering

the course curriculum is pretty good, it helps me to solve real life problems, and to implement in my day to day life. The areas of improvement is to take students out for study toure or a visit to any factory, laboratory, etc to give an practical application of what we learn in our syllabus , which will help students to grasp the topic powerfully. The frequency of exam is within 40 to 50 days.

Various companies came at our college for hiring studies for internships and placements such as tech Mahindra, infoysis, PWC, minda, etc. Comes with a good package and hire students in bulk. So overall placement opportunities is good.

In our college students become eligible for campus placement from 3rd year, The companies like tech mahendra, infosis, Pwc, tcs etc are the companies which hire the students from our college. the highest packege of our college was 27 lpa which was few years ago but it was a off campus offer, and 12 lpa highest package on campus, the avrg package can be expect 6lpa.

The total yearly course fees is around Rs 90000/- , which is a bundled fee inclusive of all charges such as tuition fees, registration fees, lab fees, and other compulsary charges. The fees have been relatively stable and do not appear to be increasing significantly year on year based on current information. For student belonging to SC and ST categories, the entire course fees is completely free of cost, covered by government schsmes/scholarships. The college provides a specific merit cum need scholarship program, and additional details can be usually found on the college's website or administration office.

The overall experience is very decent in our college. not so much fun but ya very disiplined and strict college, specillaly focouses on studies more. There are plenty of books in our library and of various subject other than our syllabus also. the sport and extracuriculai activities is very decent not so good. the college has various groups and clubs which will boost your intrest and knowledge.

see i was looking for the top colleges such as COEP, VJTI,PICT,etc but unfortuniately last year cutoff was to high so i changed my plan to take addmission in MITAOE in software branch but i missed it out with 2 percntile difference, so in 3rd cap round i got the pes modern college of engineering which is preety good than the last one i got in 2nd round, so i tooked the addmision in it.The addmission process was too smooth and flawless.

The faculty at PES modern college of Engineering are generally very helpful in nature, kind, good, experienced and well qualified with many holding master's or phd degrees. the faculty-to-student ratio is good around 10:1, which facilities a supportive learning environment and easy approchability for doubt-solving.my fav teacher is our GFM(class teacher) Mr. Gajanan vanjari sir is the best teacher of maths ever in FY b tech. The teacher which i don't like mean the whole class don't like her , she is our c language teacher. In our college there are 4 exams in a semister , CIE1, CIE2, CIE3, SEE. CIE is of 20 marks and SEE is of 60 marks of each subject.

there is no nightlife in our college, it is the thing that i got regret. there is no nightlife . no events , no programms , nothing. very sad thing. we are going college at 11 am and it ends at 6 pm , that's it.
