Course Curriculum Overview
As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus, academic timelines, rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl, indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly. Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems. And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics, chemistry, mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Admission
I have taken admission in this college on the basis mht-cet enterance exam score . i have applied to multiple colleges through mht-cet counselling this college was one of them. The mht-cet counselling was having three rounds in the 2024 but one additional round was also conducted. In first round i was alloted the A.C Patil College of Engineering, Kharghar but it was more far from my home so i didt take admission in that college. In second round i was alloted to the Shree L.R.Tiwari College of Engineering it was also to far from my home but the main reason to not take admission in this college was that this college fees was affordable to me. and in the third round this college was alloted to me so this was my last option so i have taken admission in this college. the admission is conducted by the cet cell of maharashtra. the eligiblity is that we should have minimum 45% in your class 12th and should have an non-zero score in the mht-cet enterance exam.the most preferred course of the students are computer engineering, artificial intelligence and data science,Electronics and computer science
Faculty
the student to faculty ratio i think dont exist in this college as the there are 4-5 subject for every semester for every subject one professor is appointed and the same professor is their for lab practicals for whole class of 60 students but in lab practicals the students are divided into three meand every batch have 20 students. The college professors are helpful not to much arrogant. As the college is under mumbai university since the college follows the syallabus prescribe by the mumbai univesity every semester has two term test for every semester each term test is of 20 marks and then the scores of both the term test score are added and generated score out of 40. the term test question paper is set by college itself and checked by college itself. The End Semester is of 60 marks each subject and 45 marks of some subject. The End Semester exam question paper is set by the mumbai university and the answer sheet checking is not checked by college. The answer sheet checking is done outside of college. The Paper checkers are appointed by mumbai university itself,
Night Life
The college prospectus claimed that we have well equipped gym but now i have in the second year of the college i have not seen any gym in the whole college. Their are cafeterias on the main road outside the college Their is no hostel of college and the college timings are 8:30am - 04:30pm Their are not such hangout areas near colleges but their is sea bed near to the college main road. As the college is located in the bandra the locality is very much safe in day. I have not much idea about night
Other Applied Colleges
Shree L. R. Tiwari College of Engineering - [SLRTCE] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Computer Engineering)
This college was alloted to me through the mht-cet counselling their are two reasons that i do not opted for this college first was that the fees of this college was more than the college i have admitted now and the second reason was that this college was
