PGDM course has a benefit as you can specialize in two domains at the same time. SJIM has a good no. of faculty who are very well qualified and very friendly. Also, each student has a mentor assigned during the course which helps students a lot. The faculty uses live and practical examples to explain the concept which makes learning very easy and fun. SJIM has a trimester, which means it conducts exams after every three months.

Top companies like Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bosch, and others came for summer internships with various roles ranging from Business analyst, marketing, HR, and operations. The highest stipend was Rs 50000 by Morgan Stanley.

Students can apply for placements after their 4th trimester and for summer internship which is for first-year students, they can apply from the second trimester. Top companies like Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Deloitte, and other top recruiters at SJIM. The highest package this year was 22 LPA and the lowest was 5 LPA. The highest Stipend for a summer internship was Rs 50000 by Morgan Stanley. Placements here are 100%, though during pandemic 98% were placed.

The fees at SJIM are moderate and it also provides scholarships to students on three bases namely, merit scholarship, scholarship for EWS students, and for Christian students. Placements at SJIM are good. The highest package this year was 22 lakh per annum and the lowest was 5 lakhs per annum. Coming to internship, the highest stipend for this year was Rs. 50000 by Morgan Stanley.

SJIM has two fests one is Pinnacle and the other is Verve. It also conducts conclaves of various domains throughout the year. The library at SJIM are very well equipped with a variety of books, journals, newspapers, newsletter, access to famous student websites. The classrooms are very well equipped and have a good infrastructure. Each seat has a separate charging point for the electronic items. SJIM hosts JPL which is Joseph's premier league every year. Different types of sports are played during the event. We also have a CSR committee, placement cell, clubs that are run by the students themselves.

SJIM has both boys' and girls' hostels. Girls hostel is situated on the campus itself. The hostel has a very good infrastructure and spacious rooms. The meal served by the canteen are good. For each trimester SJIM charges Rs. 30000 which is very much affordable given the area where the college is located.

The selection process starts with shortlisting on the basis of cut-offs. After you have cleared cut-off then you will be called for PI. During a pandemic, the college conducted only PI for admission. The PI included questions about yourself, your School UG, work experience, current news and other concepts.
