It provides 100% placement in finance. And close to 100 in marketing too followed by HR which sees 50-75% placement and least in operations. The placement cell is led by Mrs. Shoba who is very efficient and dedicated.

The faculties are extremely knowledgeable and are highly experienced academicians with an experience of over 2 decades of. The faculties are from renowned institutes like Harvard, IIMB, etc. The curriculum with a trimester system keeps you challenged. Industry reports and case studies help you in a great way

The PGDM equivalent MBA programme in this college offers a dual specialization. The faculty-student ratio is healthy as we have 12 - 15 teachers for 180 students across 2 years. The faculties are highly qualified industry experts as well as academicians.
Placement cell facilitates a good amount of companies for recruitment. Students become eligible for placements from the end of the 4th semester.95% of the students got placed last year. This year (2022 batch), the highest package offered is 21.6 LPA. The average salary is 6.75 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, TCS, Kaseya, Merkle Sokrati etc.Top roles offered were consultants, presales manager, account manager, Business analyst etc.

Placements of the college is up to the mark for a tier two business school. The college had appointed the director of Corporate relations who has been building the visibility of the college by building a robust alumni network. Up to 100 percent of the students are placed by the end of the final term. The highest package offered this year was INR 22 lakhs per annum. The return rate of companies who offer placements in the college year on year is quite high. This year companies like Goldman Sachs, Kaseya, TCS, Accenture, Indegene, EY, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Adecco, PwC, Hitachi, Reliance Retail, Landmark group, etc had visited. On average the students are offered a package of 7 - 7.5 lakhs PA.
For the batch of 2019-2021, nearly 100% of the students were placed. For the batch of 2020-2022, placements are going very well with the highest package being 22 Lakhs and lowest being 5.5 Lakhs. Because of the high quality of students and the effectiveness of the placement procedure, placements at SJIM have always been around 100%. We have top organisations as recruiters from various disciplines, including consulting, finance, marketing, operations and human resources. Last year alone, 98.5% of students were offered packages ranging from 5.5 to 22 lakhs, with 7 lakhs being the average. Students also received paid internships, with Morgan Stanley's offer of 50,000 being the highest.
Students can apply for placements after their 4th trimester and for summer internship which is for first-year students, they can apply from the second trimester. The highest Stipend for a summer internship was Rs 50000 by Morgan Stanley. Placements here are 100%, though during pandemic 98% were placed.
All students are expected to do an internship at the end of the first year based on which a subsequent project report is made. Extensive support is provided to secure both internships and jobs with placements being nearly 100% every year.
