Hostel Facilities:

SJIM has both boys' and girls' hostels. Girls hostel is situated on the campus itself. The hostel has a very good infrastructure and spacious rooms. The meal served by the canteen are good. For each trimester SJIM charges Rs. 30000 which is very much affordable given the area where the college is located.

Best B-School in Bengaluru

The hostel is situated 1km from the college campus in a calm and quiet residential area. Well maintained rooms are available. The hostel is common for Commerce, law, MCom and PGDM students. A play area and bike parking facility are provided. You will get Vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food from the hostel mess. There are single and double sharing rooms available in the hostel.

The college has good infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms, a vast collection of resources in the library, subscriptions to Harvard business reviews, CRISIL Reports, an Indoor sports room for chess, Badminton and basketball courts, a computer lab and a seminar hall. The college hosts two management fests, an intra collegiate management fest and an intercollegiate management fest called 'Pinnacle' and 'Verve' respectively. The college also has four clubs namely:- HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. The college also hosts an intra collegiate business plan competition - " The First Pitch". The college clubs also host a plethora of events and competitions. The college also hosts an intra collegiate sports fest called JPL- Josephite Premier League. It's a legacy event for all the Josephites. The college also has CSR activities such as blood donation camps, the teach a child initiative, etc. The college also has an entrepreneurship cell with an incubation center. The building is one of its kind. The college has a library, a gym, an indoor sports space, a boys locker room, and girls lockers room, a student activity room, computer lab, seminar hall, an auditorium, and a hall.

Life at SJIM

Pinnacle an intra-college business fest (competition) , which is conducted under various domains by second year students for the first year students. Verve is an inter-college business fest, which is conducted by SJIM students for other management colleges. Other events such as Conclaves for domains like Marketing, Finance, Operations and HR, International conference, and JPL (Sports League) are some of the major fest/events in SJIM, which creates multiple opportunities for students to take leadership roles. Infrastructure of SJIM campus is good with wifi access, smart classes, auditoriums, computer lab with more than 60 computers, library with more than 20,000 books and access to several databases such as EBSCO, CRISIL etc. Clubs such as toastmasters, CSR, operations, finance, marketing, and HR are run by students.
