Regional College of Management Bangalore (RCMB)- The Top Management College in India for Ever

RCMB is one of the best colleges in South India as fees are low and faculties are maximum from IITs and around 25 years and above industrial experience that's why I preferred the RCMB. Excellent grooming and excellent placements are also the main things of RCMB. The admission process was like that CAT/MAT/CAMT/XAT anyone cut off score with 10th, 12th, Graduation (Minimum 50 % marks, etc and College has own entrance exam RMAT (RMAT- RCMB's own admission test conducted by RCMB on seat availability basis every day). After the online form fills it up with Rs. 500/- with all documents students will get RMAT questions set and after that GD-PI will be conducted online through video calling and I got the result by the next day of the admission process.

RCMB has a Dual Specialization option in MBA or PGDM and both are major subjects. I took Marketing and Finance as subject as I was from B.com Background & I love marketing & sales and in this field demand also high in the market. RCMB provides 6-8 extra skill development Certifications like 6-Sigma, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, 3 international certifications like France, Poland, Switzerland. Faculties are just excellent! and all are very well experience around 25 years around and maximum are from IITs background and reputed universities. Faculties are friendly and very co-operative, helpful. The faculty & students ratio is 1:7. Main Exams are conducted 2 times a year means semester wise but Intern and inter midterm also taken by the college and even every week also there have some exams and tests like that. All are not difficult if anyone read all topics.

Yes RCMB provides paid internships & maximum students got 20-30K stipend. Square Yards, Pin Click, Bharati Airtel, ACC, Yes Bank, Axis, HDFC tec companies were the main internship provider in 2017 at my time.

In RCMB 100% placement, even you can say more than 100% placement as maximum students are getting 2-3 offer letters. Average package was 6-8.5 Lpa around in 2018 and the highest package was 22 Lpa. 100 companies visited and 300 jobs offered for 120 students for marketing, financial analytics, Business Analytics, Quality manager and purchase officer, management trainee, HR, Store Manager, Sales trainee, Investment Manager, Investment Banker, Asst. Manager, etc post. Reputed companies use to visit RCMB for final placements like PWC, TCS, KPMG, Wipro, HP, HCL, HDFC, HSBC, PIN CLICK, Reliance Capital, Capgemini, IBM, Square Yards, ACC, Shree Cement, etc.

Total fees with tuition fees & hostel and transportation are Rs. 9.45L for 2 years. Karnataka PGCET students only can get scholarships. RCMB all students are getting Rs. 7.5 L Scholar Education Loan from SBI Bank without any collateral securities and mortgage as RCMB is listed in SBI bank "Premier Institute List" like IITs & NITs & IIMs. 100% of students are getting placement every year as all of my classmates got placement in reputed companies with good package. I got placement in Shree Cement as marketing & sales trainee.

RCMB conducts an annual fest every year and every student participate in the fest & RCMB provides 12-15 Industrial visits like ISRO, KPMG, TOYOTA, Bangalore Dairy Milk, etc companies with the 2yers with one international study trip in South East Asian countries like Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand for 5-7 days within the fee. RCMB has a well-decorated library with 4K books and one digital library and computer lab & a well-decorated class with projectors and conference rooms are also very ultramodern. RCMB has sports and cultural clubs and marketing, HR, Entrepreneurship club, Incubation cell & outdoor clubs, etc. RCMB has Volley ground, Foot Ball Ground & Cricket Ground and etc for extracurricular activities.

RCMB has hostel/PG facilities for all students, girls & boys. Rented Room also available nearby the campus. It takes 5-10 min by walking from the RCMB campus. Hostel & PG's meal qualities are good. 2-3 bed sharing rooms with attached bathrooms & 24/7 wi-fi facilities and one washing machine and 3 times foods are available. (2sharing room 6k per month and 3 sharing room 5k/m) Hostel canteen foods are excellent.

GD topics will be like that "Social Media- Curse & Boon" & " How important is it to be patient in business & management?" etc. After doing the form fill it up online 30 questions set will be given to the student just like CAT/MAT types in the ward file & you have to answer it within 30 mins. After that GD topics will be given to prepare it within one hour after that video calling interview will be conducted by one or two professors. I didn't attain RMAT as I got 70%ile in CAT. I've attained only GD-PI. After one day I got the result by mail. I prepared myself for GD-PI with the help of google.
