Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar is the oldest and the first management institute in the state of Odisha established in the year 1982. The college has been approved under section 2 and 12 of the UGC Act. The institute has been conferred the status by UGC in the year 2009.

No i would not give any remarks regarding the bad things because we are a family and we do things together and help in supporting each other during hard time and good time.

Hostel Facilities

RCB has 13 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. The girls' hostel is 4-storeyed with a capacity of 300 and 200 each. The hostel rooms are well-furnished with attached bathrooms. It is facilitated with washing machines, television, telephone, house-keeping, internet and many more.

Hostel Fee: INR 36000 per year

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Regional College of Management Bangalore (RCMB)- The Top Management College in India for Ever

RCMB is one of the best colleges in South India as fees are low and faculties are maximum from IITs and around 25 years and above industrial experience that's why I preferred the RCMB. Excellent grooming and excellent placements are also the main things of RCMB. The admission process was like that CAT/MAT/CAMT/XAT anyone cut off score with 10th, 12th, Graduation (Minimum 50 % marks, etc and College has own entrance exam RMAT (RMAT- RCMB's own admission test conducted by RCMB on seat availability basis every day).
