Remarks

I have a positive remark towards my colleagues in all the aspects. Our college is best when compared to all other educational institutions regarding quality teaching and also the extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am studying PGDM and study material is also good. There were no other additional exams are taken. You'll get notified before the exam about the schedule.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are good. Students have got selected for many prestigious companies. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart and so on will be coming and provide the students with job opportunities.

College Events

The fresher's events are celebrated every year. Rather than that sometimes also some other events celebrated at theirs. Sometimes drama etc events also used to take place here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for this course are 390000 rs per annum and the total fees for this course are 780000 rs. It's high for middle-class students but also the study and facilities are good at this college.

Campus Life

The students who are good at extracurricular activities are given more platforms to show their hidden talents even the laboratory activities are conducted on a regular basis. Our college is good for both curricular and extracurricular activities.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college will be in touch with those passed out students. Alumni events are conducted every year and try to get together to share their reviews and experiences after their completion of graduation. Senior students will have a supportive than towards the juniors.

The faculties are good. They have good idealistic and creative minds. lecturing seems to be good and not a boring one. They will give the internals satisfactorily based on our performance and the activities.

The placement opportunities in my college are decent with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the college final year or last semester of the college course full stop the college placement cell conduct training programs such as aptitude test mark interviews group discussion resume building session and career guidelines to prepare students for recruitment. This support helps students improve their confidence and employee ability skills before attending interviews.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The special Aspect was to do relevant things in curriculum that i influenced my decision to choose this course. They have preperes us in good manner for real world for compettions as well. The areas they have to improve is on industial visit shound done every 2 month not in 1 year. The teaching Method should be more didital. The Frequency and Timing of exam at 12pm noon . The ecam level is less difificult if you study.

B-School of great choice in Bangalore

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. The college has totally 6 semesters and after the 4th semester the students are eligible to attend the placements. The students need a minimum of 4.8/8.00 CGGA to sit in the placements The companies which visit here are - EY, KPMG, Mindsprint, Lowe's, Accenture, Tata Power, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Sabre, Oxane, Well's Fargo. The highest package was from Lowe's and the package was 23.7 LPA and the role was Product manager, it was offered for people from engineering background and with 2 years of experience. The average package here is 10.5LPA and most of the companies come for this range. The percentage of students getting placed is close to 95% as some of them don't clear the eligibility and some don't get placement event with good CGPA. Plans after getting degree is to join work and continue to learn

Life at SJIM

SJIM accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and GMAT, with 60 percentile or above. The eligibility criteria is to have bachelors degree from recognized university with more than 60% marks in 10th,12th and UG. Applicants with more than two arrears are not considered. Following my MAT and CMAT exams, I applied for PGDM in St.Joseph's through the online application form that was available in official website (sjim.edu.in), the application fees is Rs.1000/-. After applying, I received mail confirmation on the same and the date of face-to-face interview was sent through mail. On the day of interview, there were two rounds. The first was a written test which was for 30mins to write two essays on topics given. The second round was a face to face interview.
